技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种进排空气净化器,尤其是一种用于封闭式储水容器的进排空气净化器。
背景技术
传统的储水方法均采用水池、水箱等容器储水,随着社会的进步和健康观念的增強,人们对储水容器加盖密封,为充分利用大气压力,人们在储水容器上方开通气孔,使容器内的大气压力与容器外的大气压力相等,便于容器储水或排水,当排水时,随着容器内液面下降,水面以上空间逐渐增大,外界空气从开孔处进入容器,空气中的细菌和灰尘也进入储水容器,污染水质。近年来随着人们对饮用水的纯净度要求越来越高,人们开始重视储水容器进排气净化技术,如中国专利98118978.4公开了一种水箱溢流空气净化器,它是由空气净化膜组件与液封器组成,空气净化膜组件中有疏水透气膜用密封胶封装在壳体内,空气净化膜组件的壳体上管咀与水箱溢流管连接,壳体上的孔咀接通液封器内的U形管,液封器上设有与U形管连通的溢流液体出口管咀。这种空气净化器虽然解决了进入水箱空气中无灰尘和污染物,但其结构复杂、制造安装不便,同时在排气时,由于容器和水中寄生繁衍的生物及细菌产生的有害气体,受膜的隔离难以排除,对储水质量会造成负面影响,因此研制一种结构简单、功能可靠的进排空气净化器是很有必要的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术不足,提供一种既能防止空气中的细菌和灰尘进入储水容器,又能顺畅排出储水容器和水中寄生繁衍的生物及细菌产生的有害气体,以及容器水面空气中的细菌及有害物,确保了储水容器中的空气新鲜无污染。本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案来实现:本实用新型包括净化器体、连接管、空气滤膜、进排气通道、其特征在于空气滤膜封装在净化器体外侧 ,净化器体中部设有排气管,排气管内设有单向排气阀门,排气管及连接管与空气滤膜间为进气通道,排气管单向排气阀门至连接管腔为进排气通道,进排气通道上设有一单向进气阀门,连接管一端设有阀兰或螺纹。
必要时可在空气滤膜外增设一层滤纸或海绵防尘层,以延长滤膜使用寿命。
必要时可在空气滤膜外增设一外罩,外罩与排气管套接。
使用时只需将连接管阀兰或螺纹端与封闭式储水容器上方的通气孔相连接即可。
从上述情况可知,本实用新型的目的是可以实现的,空气中的灰尘、细菌等污染物不能进入储水容器中,储水容器放水时空气通过空气滤膜进入进气通道,再经单向进气阀门和进排气通道进入储水容器中,由于滤膜作用,灰尘、细菌等污染物不能进入储水容器。储水容器补充进水时,随水面上升,水面上的空气、包括升腾到上述空气中的衍生生物、细菌、有害气体顺畅的通过进排气通道、单向排气阀门和排气道排于大气中,彻底解决了人们长期期盼解决而一直未能很好解决的密封储水容器空气净化问题。本实用新型结构简单、性能可靠、制造安装和维修方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示本实用新型包括净化器体3,净化器体以圆形为佳,净化器体上、下外沿通过无毒胶与空气滤膜2封装。当然通过扣环或带内螺纹环将滤膜与净化器体上、下外沿连接也可,空气滤膜的孔径根据需要而定,一般在0.3μm以下为佳。必要时可在空气滤膜外增设一层滤纸或海绵防尘层10,以延长空气滤膜使用寿命。净化器体中部设有排气管5,排气管内设有单向排气阀门6,排气管及连接管8与空气滤膜间为进气通道9,排气管单向排气阀门至连接管腔为进排气通道7,进排气通道上设有一单向进气阀门4,为便于按装单向进气阀门,可将排气管与连接管连接处设计成外膨形,本实施例选用该结构,连接管一端设有螺纹或阀兰,以便于与封闭式储水容器上方的通气孔相连接。必要时可在空气滤膜外增设一层滤纸或海绵防尘层10,以延长滤膜使用寿命。必要时可在空气滤膜外或防尘层外增设一外罩1,外罩与排气管套接。

1.一种封闭式储水容器进排空气净化器,包括净化器体(3)、连接管、空气滤膜(2)、进排气通道(7)、其特征在于:空气滤膜封装在净化器体外侧,净化器体中部设有排气管(5),排气管内设有单向排气阀门(6),排气管及连接管(8)与空气滤膜间为进气通道(9),排气管单向排气阀门至连接管腔为进排气通道(7),进排气通道上设有一单向进气阀门(4),连接管一端设有阀兰或螺纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种封闭式储水容器进排空气净化器,其特征在于:在空气滤膜(2)外设有一层滤纸或海绵防尘层(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种封闭式储水容器进排空气净化器,其特征在于:在空气滤膜(2)外设有一外罩(1),外罩与排气管套接。
