在拉丝机中滑轮是常用的过丝部件，当钢丝线在滑轮表面走过时，滑轮随着钢丝线转动，将滑动摩擦转换成静摩擦。在现有技术中，滑轮的结构一般为单个滑轮通过轴承安装在轴上，主要存在的问题是：不能稳定控制滑轮的线速、角度，以及操作不够灵活等。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种用于拉丝机上的双滑轮部件，使钢丝线过线更加稳定。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案，一种用于拉丝机上的双滑轮部件，包括支板，在支板上固定滑轮轴，特征是：在所述滑轮轴上分别通过第一轴承和第二轴承安装导轮和滑轮，滑轮位于靠近支板一侧。
在所述导轮的外侧设置闷盖，闷盖通过第一沉头螺钉与导轮固定。
在所述滑轮靠近支板的一侧设置通盖，通盖通过第二沉头螺钉与滑轮固定。
在所述第一轴承和第二轴承之间设置夹圈。
在所述第一轴承的外侧设置轴用弹性挡圈。

本实用新型包括支板11，在支板11上固定滑轮轴10，在滑轮轴10上分别通过第一轴承5和第二轴承12安装导轮1和滑轮9，滑轮9位于靠近支板11一侧；

在所述滑轮9靠近支板11的一侧设置通盖8，通盖8通过第二沉头螺钉7与滑轮9固定，通盖8实现滑轮9的轴向定位；
在所述第一轴承5和第二轴承12之间设置夹圈6，夹圈6用以保持第一轴承5和第二轴承12之间的轴向距离；
在所述第一轴承5的外侧设置轴用弹性挡圈4，轴用弹性挡圈4用以防止第一轴承5在滑轮轴10上的窜动。
