Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种新型防滑丝螺钉和与之配套的中空锁定螺丝刀,通过中心锁钉将螺丝刀与螺钉连接成一个整体固件,防止旋转螺丝刀时螺丝刀与螺钉接触不稳晃动,反复磨损,螺钉内六角破坏,从而有效防止螺钉滑丝。螺丝刀与螺钉连接成一个整体固件后,能方便控制螺钉方向,准确拧入骨骼,还防止螺丝钉从螺丝刀上滑落。

技术领域
本实用型涉及一种防滑丝螺钉及与之配套的中空锁定螺丝刀,在骨科手术中能有效防止螺钉滑丝。 
背景技术
目前医学上使用的螺钉,在安装和取出时,由于操作不当或螺钉过紧,特别是目前使用较多的锁定接骨板,螺钉与接骨板接触时间较长形成冷焊接。用力旋转螺丝刀时,螺丝刀与螺钉接触不稳晃动,反复磨损,螺钉内六角破坏,出现螺钉滑丝,不能正常安装或取出影响手术进行。目前出现螺钉滑丝常用的方法有:用电钻将螺钉帽磨去,取出接骨板,再用空心钻扩大螺钉周围骨质取出螺钉;或用大力剪剪断接骨板,再用大力钳将螺钉旋出。以上方法耗时耗力,术中对骨质破坏较大,产生大量金属碎屑,造成医源性骨折,感染或内固定物无法取出,给患者带来不必要的创伤。 
发明内容
为了克服传统螺钉在安装或取出过程中出现滑丝情况,本实用新型提供了一种新型防滑丝螺钉和与之配套的中空锁定螺丝刀,通过中心锁钉将螺丝刀与螺钉连接成一个整体固件,防止旋转螺丝刀时螺丝刀与螺钉接触不稳晃动,反复磨损,螺钉内六角破坏,从而有效防止螺钉滑丝。螺丝刀与螺钉连接成一个整体固件后,能方便控制螺钉方向,准确拧入骨骼,还能防止螺丝钉从螺丝刀上滑落。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防滑丝螺钉及与之配套的中空锁定螺丝刀,其特征在于该螺钉的头部包括一个内六角和与螺钉螺纹相反的丝槽,与之配套的中空锁定螺丝刀通过中心锁钉将螺丝刀与螺钉连接成一个整体固件,从而达到有效防止螺钉滑丝的目的。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,有效避免安装和取出螺钉时螺钉滑丝,而且能方便控制螺钉方向;防止螺丝钉从螺丝刀上滑落,中心锁钉头端锥形设计方便中心锁钉顺利锁定螺钉。中空内六角螺丝刀为通用型内六角螺丝刀对于普通螺丝钉亦能取出,不必更换螺丝刀。

具体实施方式
 手术安装或取出螺钉时,将中空内六角螺丝刀(4)插入螺钉内六角(2)中,再将中心锁钉(5)插入中空内六角螺丝刀(4)锁定螺钉(1),使三者连接成一个整体固件。有效避免安装和取出螺钉时螺钉滑丝,而且能方便控制螺钉方向,防止螺丝钉从螺丝刀上滑落,简单实用。

1.一种防滑丝螺钉及与之配套的中空锁定螺丝刀,其特征在于该螺钉的头部包括一个内六角和与螺钉螺纹相反的丝槽,与之配套的中空锁定螺丝刀通过中心锁钉将螺丝刀与螺钉连接成一个整体固件。
