本实用新型公开一种配电线路耐张杆整体更换装置,包括一平板,在该平板上安装有挂环销从而可与起吊设备配合,在该平板上沿四周安装有四根链条,在每根链条的另一端均安装有与耐张杆的横杆配合的卡板,另有两根丝杆,丝杆两端的旋丝方向相反,每根丝杆的两端分别与两个卡板丝杠连接,从而将四个卡板分为间距可调的两组卡具,每组卡具中两个卡板的卡槽相对设置。本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,尤其适合在lOKV配电线路上快速更换耐张杆之用。

本实用新型涉及一种电力设备更换用辅助工具,具体地说涉及一种配电线路耐张杆整体更换装置。
背景技术
随着农网改造的不断进行,越来越多腐蚀严重的耐张杆得到更换,大部分配电线路走径设在路上,如发生碰杆、抢修事故,常常需要大面积停电,给用户造成长时间停电,在正常或抢修进更换耐张杆更换费时费力,而且时间比较长,因此造成供电量减少及影响供电可靠性指标。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足提供一种配电线路耐张杆整体更换装置,其结构简单,能够实现快速更换耐张杆。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种配电线路耐张杆整体更换装置,包括一平板,在该平板上安装有挂环销从而可与起吊设备配合,在该平板上沿四周安装有四根链条,在每根链条的另一端均安装有与耐张杆的横杆配合的卡板,另有两根丝杆,丝杆两端的旋丝方向相反,每根丝杆的两端分别与两个卡板丝杠连接,从而将四个卡板分为间距可调的两组卡具,每组卡具中两个卡板的卡槽相对设置。
上述配电线路耐张杆整体更换装置,平板为长方形,所述四根链条分别与该平板的四个角连接。
本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,尤其适合在lOKV配电线路上快速更换耐张杆之用。

如图1所示的一种配电线路耐张杆整体更换装置,包括一平板4,在该平板4上安装有挂环销3,从而可与起吊设备配合,平板为长方形,在该平板4上沿四周安装有四根链条2,在每根链条2的另一端均安装有与耐张杆的横杆配合的卡板1,另有两根丝杆5,丝杆两端的旋丝方向相反,每根丝杆的两端分别与两个卡板丝杠连接,从而将四个卡板分为间距可调的两组卡具,每组卡具中两个卡板的卡槽相对设置。

1.一种配电线路耐张杆整体更换装置,其特征在于:包括一平板,在该平板上安装有挂环销,可与起吊设备配合,在该平板上沿四周安装有四根链条,在每根链条的另一端均安装有与耐张杆的横杆配合的卡板,另有两根丝杆,丝杆两端的旋丝方向相反,每根丝杆的两端分别与两个卡板丝杠连接,从而将四个卡板分为间距可调的两组卡具,每组卡具中两个卡板的卡槽相对设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的配电线路耐张杆整体更换装置,其特征在于:平板为长方形,所述四根链条分别与该平板的四个角连接。
