背景技术
随着社会的发展,电力传输的普及率及传输要求都越来越高,传输线路的双或者多回线路越来越多,因而线路缺陷或故障也不可避免,在故障排除或线路维护的过程中的安全问题也被越来越多的人所关注,平时维护过程中所经常出现的绑线误碰接触横担,造成线路接地故障或人手在工作时下放至绝缘子以下等问题急待解决。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供专门的线路绝缘子夹板。
本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案实现:本实用新型由左夹板、右夹板、手柄、连接器、拉簧和定位板组成,左夹板以右外沿中点为圆心设置半圆形镂空,右外沿和上外沿、下外沿的连接处设置弧形倒角,右夹板和左夹板镜像对称并通过拉簧和连接器相连,定位板设置于左夹板上,手柄分别设置于左夹板和右夹板的下端。所述定位板由两块环氧树脂板组成,分别设置于左夹板的正反两面,右夹板设置于两块定位板之间。
本实用新型的有益效果是:简单快捷,能提高带电作业有效时间,增加安全系数。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本实用新型做进一步地说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型由左夹板1、右夹板2、手柄6、连接器5、拉簧4和定位板3组成,左夹板1以右外沿中点为圆心设置半圆形镂空,右外沿和上外沿、下外沿的连接处设置弧形倒角,右夹板2和左夹板1镜像对称并通过拉簧4和连接器5相连,定位板3设置于左夹板1上,手柄6分别设置于左夹板1和右夹板2的下端。所述定位板3由两块环氧树脂板组成,分别设置于左夹板1的正反两面,右夹板2设置于两块定位板之间。
工作时通过手柄6打开夹板,由于定位板3的作用使得左夹板1和右夹板3保持在同一个平面上,伸入绝缘子凹陷处,合起夹板,使得镂空部分正好卡在绝缘子上,为防止间隙放电,可再取一个绝缘夹板,旋转90度后以同样方式放置于绝缘子上,完成完全隔离。
本实用新型的技术方案不限于上述具体实施例的限制,凡是根据本实用新型的技术方案做出的技术变形,均落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种绝缘夹板,由左夹板、右夹板、手柄、连接器、拉簧和定位板组成,其特征在于:左夹板以右外沿中点为圆心设置半圆形镂空,右外沿和上外沿、下外沿的连接处设置弧形倒角,右夹板和左夹板镜像对称并通过拉簧和连接器相连,定位板设置于左夹板上,手柄分别设置于左夹板和右夹板的下端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘夹板,其特征在于:所述定位板由两块环氧树脂板组成,分别设置于左夹板的正反两面,右夹板设置于两块定位板之间。
