LED具有光线质量高，无辐射，可靠耐用，光效率高，发热量低，维护费用低廉等优势，大大地降低了LED灯具生产及使用成本，当前，LED技术已日臻完善，特别是LED灯具的结构形式各种各样，得到了较为广泛的普及，现有技术的LED灯具一般结构设计不合理，防水设计不严密，防水性能较差，不能作为水下照明使用。

为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种结构设计合理、防水性能较好，且能作为水下照明使用的LED防水灯，其具体方案为：所述的LED防水灯由固定螺栓、透光防水板、LED灯泡板、防水垫、防水层、支架、灯体外壳组成，其特征在于灯体外壳的上端设置透光防水板，透光防水板的周边设置固定螺栓，灯体外壳与透光防水板之间设置防水垫，灯体外壳的内层设置防水层，灯体外壳的内部设置支架，支架的上端设置LED灯泡板。
