技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种发动机的零部件,尤其涉及一种可以安装双起动马达的飞轮壳。
背景技术
起动马达安装于飞轮壳上,飞轮壳内置飞轮总成,起动马达带动飞轮齿圈从而起动发动机。
目前的发动机上一般采用15KW的单个起动马达,但是对于大功率发动机而言,15kw的起动马达则难以满足其起动要求。首先,如果采用大功率的起动马达则能满足其起动要求,但是大功率马达需要更高的电压,提高电压则花费的成本更高且影响发动机的配套使用。
其次,对于V型夹角大的发动机,特别是90°夹角的发动机,安装起动马达的空隙非常小,如果安装大功率马达,则显得非常拥挤且难以拆卸。
所以,目前要解决的问题是,如何在不提高电压的情况下,满足大功率发动机特别是V型夹角发动机的起动要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型意在提供一种可安装两个起动马达的双马达飞轮壳,一方面增强发动机的起动性能,另一方面也便于起动马达的安装和拆卸。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:一种可安装双起动马达的飞轮壳,包括侧壁、侧壁两端的底壁,所述一底壁向内延伸形成机体连接面,底壁、侧壁和机体连接面一体成型;所述底壁和侧壁的交接处设有两个马达安装孔。
上述技术方案与现有技术的区别在于:本实用新型飞轮壳上设有两个马达安装孔,可安装两个相同功率的起动马达,在不增加起动马达功率的情况下,增加起动马达的数量,可同样达到增加起动功率的效果,且两个起动马达并排安装,节省了发动机特别是V型发动机的起动马达安装空间,方便了日后起动马达的拆卸和维护。
进一步地,为了保证起动发达和飞轮齿圈的啮合性,所述马达安装孔的轴线与曲轴轴线平行。
进一步地,为了保证两个起动马达的输出功率一致,所述两个马达安装孔的直径均为92mm。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2,一种可安装双起动马达的飞轮壳,飞轮壳内部为圆形的飞轮腔室,所述飞轮壳包括包括侧壁1、侧壁1两端的底壁2,所述底壁2向内延伸形成机体连接面3,机体连接面3、底壁2上开有安装孔,底壁2、侧壁1和机体连接面3一体成型;所述侧壁1和底壁2的交接处开有两个马达安装孔4,所述马达安装孔4的轴线与发动机曲轴的轴线平行,所述马达安装孔4周边开有螺纹孔,两个马达安装孔4的直径均为92mm。
使用时,飞轮壳安装于气缸体上,马达安装孔4内安装两个相同功率的起动马达,飞轮壳内置飞轮总成,起动马达与飞轮齿圈啮合。由于使用了两个起动马达,马达的输出功率就会明显增大,例如比起使用起动功率为15KW的单个马达,使用两个起动功率为13KW的起动马达的功率可以提高到26 kW,马达功率可以提高70%以上,从而使发动机的起动能力大大增加,避免了由于起动效率低造成发动机熄火等情况。 
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型结构的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本实用新型的保护范围,这些都不会影响本实用新型实施的效果和专利的实用性。

1.一种可安装双起动马达的飞轮壳,包括侧壁、侧壁两端的底壁,其特征在于:所述一底壁向内延伸形成机体连接面,底壁、侧壁和机体连接面一体成型;所述底壁和侧壁的交接处设有两个马达安装孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可安装双起动马达的飞轮壳,其特征在于:所述马达安装孔的轴线与曲轴轴线平行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可安装双起动马达的飞轮壳,其特征在于:所述两个马达安装孔的直径均为92mm。
