背景技术
目前,公知的贮水罐是进、出水口和罐体组成。工作原理是:抽水机等将水通过进水口打入罐体中,由出水口将水输出到用水终端,由于水抽入到罐中,从而压缩罐内空气,使得罐内气压增大,现有的贮水罐通过水泵控制器、压力表检测罐内气压,从而控制进入罐中的水量,防止压力过大而发生爆炸,但是,由于进、出水的不均匀、水泵控制器突发意外等情况,可能会造成罐体内压力过大,造成罐体变形损坏、甚至爆炸伤及人员等情况发生。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种结构简单、使用方便、成本低廉、防止贮水罐变形损坏爆炸的安全防爆贮水罐。
一种安全防爆贮水罐,包括罐体、进水口、出水口、罐腿、水泵控制器和压力表,所述罐体上安装有连通所述罐体内部和外部的卸压装置。
本实用新型中,所述卸压装置为卸压阀或卸压板,所述卸压板为强度小于所述罐体的板体。
采用上述方案,本实用新型在贮水罐上增加一个卸压装置,当罐体内压力较高,达到卸压装置的卸压强度时,卸压装置冲开,释放罐内气体或水卸压,使得罐体不产生形变、损坏或爆裂,综上所述,本实用新型有防止罐体内压力过大,损坏罐体或造成人员财产的损坏,罐体上增加的卸压装置结构简单,方便维护的优点。

一种安全防爆贮水罐,包括罐体1、进水口3、出水口2、罐腿4、水泵控制器和压力表,所述罐体1的下方安装有进水口3和出水口2,所述罐体1的顶部设有水泵控制器接口5和压力表接口6分别连接水泵控制器和压力表,所述罐体1通过罐腿4支撑,所述罐体1的底部还设有排污口7,所述罐体1上设有卸压装置8,本例中采用的卸压装置8为卸压板,当罐体1内压力达到卸压板的卸压强度时,压力将卸压板冲开,使得罐体内外连通,释放罐内气体或水卸压,以达到保持罐体不产生形变或爆裂而损坏的目的。
