Abstract
本实用新型提供一种轧机油膜轴承防水环，所述防水环为一槽型圆环，圆环圆周上均布有螺丝孔，槽壁外侧开有两道宽5mm、深3mm的导水沟。将两个防水环过盈装配到轧辊的两个端面上，轧辊装配时轴承箱后盖装在防水环里侧，可有效阻止轧辊冷却水、氧化铁皮等直接冲刷到轴承密封处，从而避免造成密封损坏，保证油膜轴承的润滑效果，避免油膜轴承烧损，提高油膜轴承使用寿命。

本实用新型属于轧钢机械领域，尤其涉及一种用于防止轧机油膜轴承进水的防水环。
背景技术
在热轧生产线精轧机组支承辊系中大多使用油膜轴承，油膜轴承具有承载能力强、装配方便等优点，轧辊油膜轴承同滚动轴承比最大优点是承载能力强，装配方便。但缺点是装配精度要求高，轴承运转靠锥套和衬套之间形成的油膜支承轧辊旋转，靠轴承辊颈里侧位置DF密封保证外部的水不能进入轴承，同时内部油漠轴承油亦不能流出。如进入轴承，轻则造成油膜轴承油乳化，降低润滑效果；重则造成油膜轴承在机烧损。由于密封直径超过1000mm，且轧辊运转工作环境中轧辊冷却水、钢板氧化铁皮多等诸多因素影响，因此经常造成密封损坏，油膜轴承进水的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种能有效防止油膜轴承在机运转过程中进水，从而保证润滑效果，避免油膜轴承烧损的防水环。
为此，本实用新型所采取的解决方案是：
一种轧机油膜轴承防水环，其特征在于，所述防水环为一槽型圆环，圆环圆周上均布有螺丝孔，槽壁外侧开有两道导水沟。
所述导水沟宽度为5mm，深度为3mm。
本实用新型的使用方法及效果为：
将两个防水环过盈装配到轧辊的两个端面上，轧辊装配时轴承箱后盖装在防水环里侧，可有效阻止轧辊冷却水、氧化铁皮等直接冲刷到轴承密封处，从而避免造成密封损坏，保证油膜轴承的润滑效果，避免油膜轴承烧损，提高油膜轴承使用寿命。

具体实施方式
由附图可见，本实用新型轧机油膜轴承防水环1为一个中间带有辊轴孔、沿前表面外圆周带有槽壁3的槽型圆环，在圆环圆周上均布有12个螺丝孔2，槽壁3的外侧还加工有两道宽度为5mm、深度为3mm的导水沟4。
将两个防水环1分别过盈装配到轧辊辊脖子的两个端面上，轧辊装配时轴承箱后盖装在防水环1的里侧，即可有效阻止冷却水进入油膜轴承内。

1.一种轧机油膜轴承防水环，其特征在于，所述防水环为一槽型圆环，圆环圆周上均布有螺丝孔，槽壁外侧开有两道导水沟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轧机油膜轴承防水环，其特征在于，所述导水沟宽度为5mm，深度为3mm。
