Abstract

一种内喷雾塔式油气冷凝器,冷凝器由塔体及塔体内设置的组合喷雾喷头、缓冲层和油水溢流管组成,在塔体内设有组合喷雾喷头和缓冲层,缓冲层倾斜设置,每层缓冲层倾斜角度、倾斜方向均相同,油水溢流管设在塔体内底部;热油气从塔体下部的油气进口进入塔体,油气穿过缓冲层被喷淋洗涤冷却,经油水溢流管流出;冷凝后的乳化液流进油水分离池,油品自动析出分离,同时去掉了臭味。本实用新型结构简单,制造方便,造价低廉,冷却方便且冷却量大,不会经常堵塞,不用短期经常检修,并可一次性去除油品中的臭味,不需增加设备,可节省大量的设备投资;油品更纯净,避免造成大气污染。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种内喷雾塔式油气冷凝器。 
背景技术
在热裂解炼油技术中,油水相分离一般都采用管式结构的冷凝器,此种冷凝器时间一长都发现有油污附壁和堵塞的现象,一般都要定期检修,而且清理比较麻烦,费工费时,操作环境也比较差;再者,管式冷凝器无法除去油中的臭味,油气冷凝后,需要一套除臭设备进行除臭,设备不但占用面积大,且设备投入也较大。塔式喷雾装置在烟雾除尘领域被经常用到,但由于喷淋洗涤的物料不同,以及一些技术上的问题,还没有人将此技术用在喷淋洗涤冷凝油气上。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:设计一种冷却充分、长时间不堵塞、不检修,并能一次性去除油品中臭味的内喷雾塔式油气冷凝器,以解决现有技术存在的问题。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:它由塔体及塔体内设置的组合喷雾喷头、缓冲层和油水溢流管组成,在塔体内自上至下设有三组组合喷雾喷头和三层缓冲层,组合喷雾喷头分别设置在每层缓冲层上方,缓冲层倾斜设置,每层缓冲层倾斜角度相同、倾斜方向相同;倒U型的油水溢流管设在塔体内底部;热油气从塔体下部的油气进口进入塔体,油气穿过缓冲层被喷淋洗涤冷却,被冷却的油水混合物顺着缓冲层的斜面流向低端,再顺着塔体内壁流到塔体底部,经油水溢流管流出;冷凝后的乳化液从油水溢流管流进油水分离池,油品自动析出分离,并去掉了臭味;水中吸附的臭味即硫化氢,采用烧碱中和沉淀的方法,沉淀后的水可循环再利用;常温下不冷凝的废可燃气体,可引至裂解燃烧炉燃烧。 
组合喷雾喷头由至少三个喷头组成,喷头均匀设置在一个平面内。 
缓冲层是磁环缓冲板或百叶窗缓冲板或挡板式缓冲板。 
本实用新型的积极效果是:结构简单,制造方便,造价低廉,冷却方便且冷却量大,不会经常堵塞,不用短期经常检修,并可一次性去除油品中的臭味,不需增加设备,可节省大量的设备投资;油品更纯净,避免造成大气污染。

具体实施方式
本实用新型如图1所示,整个装置由钢制塔体4、三组组合喷雾喷头6、三层带坡度的磁环缓冲层5以及倒U型的油水溢流管8组成,在塔体4的顶部设有压力表2、温度表3和废燃气出口1,在塔体4上设有三个人孔7,用于塔体内部的检修,倒U型的油水溢流管8一是使冷凝下来的油水混合物流出,二是起到水封的作用,防止油气跑出;缓冲层倾斜设置,每层缓冲层倾斜角度相同、倾斜方向相同,倾斜角度为15-20度;每组组合喷雾喷头6有三个均布的喷头组成,每组喷头分别经管道连接水泵10;热的油气从塔体4下部的油气进口9进入塔体4内,通过第一层磁环缓冲层改变气流方向进行缓冲,缓冲后的油气与第一道喷雾喷头喷出的水雾相混合初次降温冷凝,初次冷凝后的油水混合液下沉塔底。油水混合液达到一定高度时即可从油水溢流管流出,没有充分冷凝的油气进入第二层磁环缓冲层并改变气流方向,与第二层喷出的水雾再次混合、降温冷凝,液体下沉;剩余油气再上升通过第三层磁环缓冲层后与第三道喷雾喷头喷出的水雾第三次混合下沉,此时常温能冷凝的油气已全部冷凝完毕,剩余的不凝可燃气体从废燃气出口1引出。 
本实用新型的工作原理及工作过程:首先启动水泵10,油气进口9开始进气,油气进入塔体4内,进入塔体4的油气通过第一层磁环缓冲层,与第一道组合喷淋喷头喷出的水雾相混合形成初次冷凝,初次没完全冷凝的油气继续上升通过第二层磁环缓冲层与第二道喷淋喷头喷出的水雾混合冷凝,剩余的少部分油气继续上升通过第三层磁环缓冲层与第三道喷淋喷头喷出的水雾相混合达到充分冷凝,不凝废燃气从上面的废气出口1引出。由于每层磁环缓冲层都有一定的倾斜度,从磁环缓冲层上流下的油水混合液均都顺着一侧塔体内壁流下,避免了油水混合液从磁环缓冲层底部流下时,较大的水滴造成的喷雾不均匀。

1.一种内喷雾塔式油气冷凝器,其特征在于:冷凝器由塔体及塔体内设置的组合喷雾喷头、缓冲层和油水溢流管组成,在塔体内自上至下设有三组组合喷雾喷头和三层缓冲层,组合喷雾喷头分别设置在每层缓冲层上方,缓冲层倾斜设置,每层缓冲层倾斜角度相同、倾斜方向相同;倒U型的油水溢流管设在塔体内底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内喷雾塔式油气冷凝器,其特征在于:组合喷雾喷头由至少三个喷头组成,喷头均匀设置在一个平面内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内喷雾塔式油气冷凝器,其特征在于:缓冲层是磁环缓冲板或百叶窗缓冲板或挡板式缓冲板。
