本实用新型涉及生物设备领域中的一种生物学习性观察装置,具体是涉及一种可控式鼠妇趋光性观察箱。
背景技术
鼠妇,小型陆栖节肢动物,甲壳纲(Crustacea),等足目(Isopoda),俗称潮虫、西瓜虫等,喜欢阴暗潮湿的环境,栖息于枯枝腐叶间或石块下,多以枯枝落叶为食,鼠妇分布广泛,全国各地都比较容易采集到,作为中小学教材的生物对光的趋性研究的重要试验动物,目前所用对光趋性试验装置多较简单,只取分光照环境和黑暗环境,实际上鼠妇喜欢的是弱光环境而非全黑暗环境,因此,发明一种可控式鼠妇趋光性观察箱,可观察鼠妇对不同光照强度的趋性,有较高的科学价值。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题是,设计一种可控式鼠妇趋光性观察箱,以观察鼠妇对不同光照强度的趋性。
技术方案:包括箱体,其特征在于:将箱体腔内用两块隔板设置成三个小腔体,两块小隔板的底边设置小孔。
上述技术方案可以是所述箱体为透明塑料板制成,通过在箱体外侧设置不同颜色或不同厚度的纸,调节箱体内的光线强度。
上述技术方案还可进一步改进为:所述箱体为双层透明塑料板制成,在双层透明塑料板之间插入不同颜色或不同厚度的纸,调节箱体内的光线强度。
有益效果:采用上述装置,可方便的设置不同光照程度的环境条件,将鼠妇放入中部腔体内,以便鼠妇对设置的不同光照程度作出选择,通过小孔爬向不同的光照环境,鼠妇因对不同光照的趋性作出选择通过隔板小孔后很难返回,提高了调查鼠妇对不同光照趋性观察效果准确性,且该装置结构简单,使用方便,生产成本低。

具体实施方式
参照附图,本实施例包括双层透明塑料板箱体1,将箱体1腔内用两块隔板2设置成三个小腔体,两块小隔板的底边设置小孔3。
根据试验目的和要求,通过向箱体1上的双层透明塑料板夹层中插入不同颜色的纸片来设置不同的光照程度,试验条件设置好后,捕捉一定数量的鼠妇置于两隔板2中间小腔体,两侧小腔体为不同光照强度环境区域,鼠妇根据其对不同光照强度的趋性做出选择,然后透过隔板2上的小孔隙爬进一侧,根据两侧小腔体内的鼠妇数量来判断鼠妇对那一光照强度条件有趋性。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可控式鼠妇趋光性观察箱,其特征在于:所述箱体为双层透明塑料板制成。
