本实用新型提供了一种圆柱形锂电池同向引出正负极的安全封口胶塞,包括锂电池外壳、电池芯,以及装于锂电池外壳的封口束腰和外壳上端掩口之间具有两个导针引出孔的封口胶塞,所述封口胶塞的外端面、导针引出孔的孔边设有高出的凸台,高出的凸台为对称的两块状,或为均布的四块状,所述封口胶塞高出的凸台的高度封装后高于锂电池外壳的掩口。本实用新型由于封口胶塞外端面上设有高出的凸台,在将锂电池的正负极导针插接在印刷线路板的插接口时,使锂电池外壳的金属掩口与印刷线路板不再接触,防止了外壳的金属掩口与印刷线路板插接口的金属接触导致印刷线路板短路,或造成正负极短路打火现象的产生,提高了产品的安全可靠性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及锂离子电池技术领域,涉及一种锂离子电池结构,具体涉及一种圆柱形锂电池同向引出正负极的安全封口胶塞。
背景技术
现有圆柱形锂电池,一般采用不锈钢、铝合金等硬质材料作外包装,如图1所示,电池芯1装于锂电池外壳2中,电池的封口胶塞3装于锂电池外壳的封口束腰4和外壳上端掩口5之间,电池的正负极导针8由封口胶塞的引出孔6固定并引出,具有这样的结构圆柱形锂电池便于插接在印刷线路板上串联或并联使用。但是由于封口胶塞3低于锂电池外壳上端的掩口5,当把锂电池的正负极导针6插接在印刷线路板的插接口时,会因高于封口胶塞3的锂电池外壳金属掩口5与印刷线路板插接口的金属接触,导致印刷线路板短路,或造成正负极短路产生打火现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种圆柱形锂电池同向引出正负极的安全封口胶塞,封口胶塞外端面上设有高出的凸台,在将锂电池的正负极导针插接在印刷线路板的插接口时,使锂电池外壳的金属掩口与印刷线路板不接触,防止了外壳的金属掩口与印刷线路板插接口的金属接触导致印刷线路板短路,或造成正负极短路打火现象的产生,解决了圆柱形锂电池封口胶塞存在的上述问题。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是,一种圆柱形锂电池同向引出正负极的安全封口胶塞,包括锂电池外壳、电池芯,以及装于锂电池外壳的封口束腰和外壳上端掩口之间具有两个导针引出孔的封口胶塞,所述封口胶塞的外端面、导针引出孔的孔边设有高出的凸台,高出的凸台为对称的两块状,或为均布的四块状。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行详细说明。
一种圆柱形锂电池同向引出正负极的安全封口胶塞,如图2和图3a、3b所示,包括锂电池外壳2、电池芯1,以及装于锂电池外壳2的封口束腰4和外壳上端掩口5之间具有两个导针引出孔6的封口胶塞3,所述封口胶塞3的外端面、导针引出孔6的孔边设有高出的凸台7,高出的凸台7为对称的两块状,如图3b所示,或为均布的四块状,如图4和图5所示。
本实用新型锂离子电池连在制作过程中,首先将卷绕好的锂离子电池芯1的正负导针8由封口胶塞3的导针引出孔6穿过,然后再将带有封口胶塞3的电池芯1装入锂电池外壳2中,在灌装完锂离子电解液后再把装有电池芯1的锂电池外壳2与封口胶塞3一起经滚动封口装置封口,并在电池芯1上端锂电池外壳1端口处,滚动成型出封口束腰4和外壳掩口5,完成圆柱形锂离子电池的加工制作。接于电池芯1的两个正负极导针8由封口胶塞3设有的导针引出孔6引出,通过封口胶塞3固定正负极导针8,防止了正负极相碰造成短路。由于封口胶塞3外端面上设有高出的凸台7,其凸台7封装后的高度高于锂离子外壳2外壳掩口5,在将锂电池的正负极导针8插接在印刷线路板的插接口时,使锂电池外壳1的金属掩口5与印刷线路板不再接触,而高出的凸台7压在硬质材料的印刷线路板上,既防止由于设备震动引起印刷线路板金属插接口脱落,也防止了外壳的金属掩口5与印刷线路板插接口的金属接触导致印刷线路板短路,或造成正负极短路打火现象的产生,提高了产品的安全可靠性。
