本实用新型涉及一种照明装置,更具体的说是一种LED路灯灯头。 
【背景技术】
目前,现有的路灯,其灯头结构形状一般是非流线型的,很多是平板式灯头,由几个部件组成,因其散热性能差、耗能,加工复杂、成本高,不利于当前市场的推广使用。 
【实用新型内容】
为了解决以上技术难题,本实用新型提供一种加工简单,安装方便,散热性能好,耗能低的新型LED路灯灯头。 
为了实现上述实用新型目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是: 
一种LED路灯灯头,包括由铝材一体压铸成型的灯壳、LED灯光源、透镜、防水胶圈、透镜压环和压线板,所述灯壳的前端部中间设有圆形凹槽,LED灯光源设置安装于灯壳前端的圆形凹槽内,上面依次由透镜、防水胶圈、透镜压环用螺钉拧紧封盖,压线板将LED灯光源线压在灯壳上;灯壳上下两侧对称呈流线形散热翅,在灯壳内外表面上有若干条凸筋,扩大了灯头的散热面积,若干条凸筋呈平行状,凸筋与凸筋之间 的空隙呈凹槽,风从空隙中流动,提高了灯头的散热性能。 
本实用新型的有益效果是: 
本实用新型灯壳由铝材一体压铸成型,灯壳前端部的中间设有圆形凹槽,加工简单、其安装方便,其次灯壳上下两侧对称呈流线形散热翅,灯壳内外表面上有若干条凸筋,有效的扩大了灯头的散热面积,风从凸筋与凸筋之间的空隙凹槽流动,提高了灯头的散热性能,有效降低能耗,延长了灯头的使用寿命。

参见图1,一种LED路灯灯头,包括由铝材一体压铸成型的灯壳1、LED灯光源2、透镜3、防水胶圈4、透镜压环5、压线板6、灯壳前端部的圆形凹槽7和螺钉8,LED灯光源2设置安装于灯壳1前端部的圆形凹槽7内,上面依次由透镜3、防水胶圈4、透镜压环5用螺钉8固定封盖,压线板6将LED灯光源线压在灯壳1上;灯壳1上下两侧对称呈流线形散热翅,灯壳1上下朝同一方向散热,在灯壳1内外表面有若干条凸筋,若干条凸筋呈平行状,凸筋与凸筋间的空隙呈凹槽,风从 空隙中吹过,从而提高了整个灯头的散热性能。

1.一种LED路灯灯头,包括由铝材一体压铸成型的灯壳、LED灯光源、透镜、防水胶圈、透镜压环和压线板,其特征在于:灯壳前端的中部设有圆形凹槽,LED灯光源设置安装于圆形凹槽内,上面依次由透镜、防水胶圈、透镜压环用螺钉拧紧封盖;压线板将LED灯光源线压在灯壳上,灯壳上下两侧对称呈流线形散热翅,在灯壳内外表面上有若干条凸筋。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种LED路灯灯头,其特征在于,灯壳上的若干条凸筋呈平行状,凸筋与凸筋之间的空隙呈凹槽。
