本实用新型涉及风力发电技术领域,具体说是一种风力发电机组叶片变桨锁紧装置。
背景技术
近年来,随着风力发电机组的安装和运行,带来了更多关于风场维护安全措施方便的问题。风电机组长年累月置身于野外,运行条件十分恶劣。为了提高风电机组的可靠性,延长机组的使用寿命,日常维护十分重要。风电机组寿命的长短视保养的好坏而定。
目前国内的风力发电机组都配置叶轮锁紧装置。当维护人员进入叶轮进行维护时,首先通过机舱里的叶轮锁紧装置将叶轮锁紧,方才进入轮毂操作。但是在维护时,若出现风速较大,或者其它不可预估的情况下,发生叶片变桨,这会对机组中的维护人员造成一定程度的伤害。
实用新型内容
为了增强维护人员操作的安全性,本实用新型给出了一种变桨锁紧装置,具体如下:
一种风力发电机组叶片变桨锁紧装置,其特征在于:包括锁紧管、安装板;安装板为“Z”字型,锁紧管按转在安装板的表面;叶片变桨锁紧装置安装在风力发电机组轮毂上,安装板与锁紧管分别与轮毂固定。
进一步,锁紧管焊接在安装板上。
进一步,锁紧管与所述风力发电机组的轮毂叶根螺栓结合。
进一步,锁紧管管的内径比所述风力发电机组的轮毂叶根螺栓直径稍大。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
在维护人员进入轮毂后,应用此装置将叶片锁紧,防止叶片变桨,大大提高了维护人员的操作安全性。使用完毕后,可将其带出轮毂,放入机舱内部的工具箱中。此装置结构简单,可操作性强。

具体实施方式:
参见图1,图2,本实用新型的提出了一种风力发电机组叶片变桨锁紧装置,下面结合附图对叶片变桨锁紧装置做进一步详细描述:叶片变桨锁紧装置主要包括锁紧管1、安装板2。为了保证叶片锁紧的强度,此装置设计了2根锁紧管。为了方便安装,锁紧管1的内径要比叶根螺栓3的直径稍大。锁紧管1焊接在安装板2上。安装板2为“Z”字型,一端焊接锁紧管1,一端用来固定在轮毂上。用两根螺栓6将安装板2固定在轮毂上,安装2上开长腰形孔,方便调整安装板2的位置,使其锁紧管1的中心与变桨轴承的孔中心对齐。叶根螺栓3穿过变桨轴承4后用螺母5拧紧,拧紧后还留有一段裸露长度。进入轮毂维护时,将锁紧管1套入叶根螺栓3裸露长度上,然后将螺栓6拧紧,达到将叶片锁紧,防止其变桨的目的。维护完毕后,先将螺栓6放松,后将变桨锁紧装置带出轮毂,放入机舱中工具箱中。

1.一种风力发电机组叶片变桨锁紧装置,其特征在于:包括锁紧管(1)、安装板(2);安装板(2)为“Z”字型,锁紧管(1)按转在安装板(2)的表面;叶片变桨锁紧装置安装在风力发电机组轮毂上,安装板(2)与锁紧管(1)分别与轮毂固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的风力发电机组叶片变桨锁紧装置,其特征在于:锁紧管(1)焊接在安装板(2)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的风力发电机组叶片变桨锁紧装置,其特征在于:锁紧管(1)所述风力发电机组的轮毂叶根螺栓结合。
4.如权利要求3所述的风力发电机组叶片变桨锁紧装置,其特征在于:锁紧管(1)管的内径比所述风力发电机组的轮毂叶根螺栓直径稍大。
