本实用新型主要是一种环形铁片的涂胶装置，适用于对与轴套配合的环形铁片进行涂胶。
背景技术    
与轴套配合的环形铁片的一端端面上需要涂覆有粘合剂，以前都是靠人工手动进行涂覆，操作慢，效率低，且人工操作会造成涂覆的粘合剂的厚度不稳定。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种环形铁片的涂胶装置，其结构设计巧妙，制作简单，能自动快速的对环形铁片进行涂胶操作，省时省力，工作效率高。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种环形铁片的涂胶装置，包括有电机，其特征在于：所述电机的电机轴端部固定有一环形模具体，所述环形模具体的中间开有环形装料口，所述环形模具体的上端面上在装料口的周边设有一圈与模具体连成一体的环形板，所述的环形模具体上放置有铁片，铁片正好套在环形板外。
所述的环形装料口内装有粘合剂。
本实用新型的操作方式是：
将环形铁片放置在环形模具体上端面上，环形铁片正好套在环形板外定位，启动电机，电机轴带动环形模具体转动，由于离心力，环形装料口内的粘合剂被甩出粘附在铁片端面上。

所述的环形装料口3内装有粘合剂。
