本实用新型涉及泵阀技术领域,具体涉及一种平衡压力密封装置。 
背景技术:
在水泵应用现场,叶轮运行时间比较长时,叶轮口环与密封环间隙较大,流量泄漏比较大。水泵的容积损失增大。尤其在小流量时,泄漏更加严重,甚至可以使叶轮进口来流受到冲击,使水泵效率下降。水泵叶轮泄漏量一般是总流量的5%~10%左右。 
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种平衡压力密封装置,它减小叶轮内部的容积损失,提高水泵的运行效率,最终实现节能减排。 
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本实用新型是采用以下技术方案:它包含泵体1、叶轮出口2、叶轮进口3、叶轮口环4、密封环5;叶轮出口2设置在泵体1中间的上部,两个叶轮进口3设置在叶轮出口2下部的两侧,叶轮口环4设置在叶轮进口3的上部,密封环5设置在叶轮口环4的上部,所述的叶轮口环4的内侧设置有浮动式密封片6。 
所述的密封环5与浮动式密封片6通过销钉7连接。 
所述的浮动式密封片6的内径与叶轮口环4的外径过度配合。 
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:它减小叶轮内部的容积损失,提高水泵的运行效率,最终实现节能减排。

具体实施方式:
参看图1-3,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含泵体1、叶轮出口2、叶轮进口3、叶轮口环4、密封环5;叶轮出口2设置在泵体1中间的上部,两个叶轮进口3设置在叶轮出口2下部的两侧, 
叶轮口环4设置在叶轮进口3的上部,密封环5设置在叶轮口环4的上部,所述的叶轮口环4的内侧设置有浮动式密封片6。 
所述的密封环5与浮动式密封片6通过销钉7连接。 
所述的浮动式密封片6的内径与叶轮口环4的外径过度配合。 
本具体实施方式在安装叶轮之前,把浮动密封片套在叶轮口环上,推至口环底部,在双吸泵的上盖合上之前,使浮动密封片上的孔与密封环上的圆柱销配合上。以至于浮动密封片不能转动。再装合上盖,便完成装配。在水泵工作时,叶轮高速旋转,高压区内的水紧紧地压住浮动密封片,由于圆柱销的作用,浮动密封片是不旋转的。从而完成了动与静的密封。经过试验后,水泵叶轮口环处基本无泄漏。从而减少容积损失。提高水泵运行效率。 
本具体实施方式减小叶轮内部的容积损失,提高水泵的运行效率,最终实现节能减排。

1.平衡压力密封装置,它包含泵体(1)、叶轮出口(2)、叶轮进口(3)、叶轮口环(4)、密封环(5);叶轮出口(2)设置在泵体(1)中间的上部,两个叶轮进口(3)设置在叶轮出口(2)下部的两侧,叶轮口环(4)设置在叶轮进口(3)的上部,密封环(5)设置在叶轮口环(4)的上部,其特征在于所述的叶轮口环(4)的内侧设置有浮动式密封片(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平衡压力密封装置,其特征在于所述的密封环(5)与浮动式密封片(6)通过销钉(7)连接。
