本实用新型涉及一种自动灌装机，具体说涉及是一种带报警装置的粘稠液体自动灌装机。 
背景技术
现在常用的粘稠灌装机一般为气动自动灌装机，通过气动压力来实现灌装。如果有异物或者杂质堵塞下料口时，下料口容易因压力瞬间增大导致爆管漾料，从而使下料口损坏，污染产品且造成物料损耗。 
实用新型内容
为了解决以上问题，本实用新型提出了一种带报警装置的粘稠液体自动灌装机。 
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案： 
带报警装置的粘稠液体自动灌装机，包括物料储槽，单向阀，气缸，检测器，灌装头，微型感应器，伺服驱动器、伺服电机和控制器PLC；所述单向阀位于物料储槽和气缸连接的管线上；所述物料储槽和气缸分别通过管线与灌装头连接；所述微型感应器位于灌装头上部，通过导线依次检测器、控制器PLC、伺服驱动器和伺服电机。
本实用新型工作过程为：当灌装头堵塞时，压力增大，当压力超过设定值时，微型感应器把信号传递给检测器，检测器把检测到的信号传入控制器PLC进行处理，控制器PLC控制伺服驱动器报警，伺服电机停止工作，这样操作工就可以发现问题，及时处理。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型通过报警装置，可提醒操作工及时发现问题，及时处理，避免灌装头堵塞带来的损失。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
图1所示，带报警装置的粘稠液体自动灌装机，包括物料储槽1，单向阀2，气缸3，检测器4，灌装头5，微型感应器6，伺服驱动器7、伺服电机8和控制器PLC；所述单向阀2位于物料储槽1和气缸3连接的管线上；所述物料储槽1和气缸3分别通过管线与灌装头5连接；所述微型感应器6位于灌装头5上部，通过导线依次连接检测器4、控制器PLC9、伺服驱动器7和伺服电机8。 
本实用新型工作过程为：当灌装头5堵塞时，压力增大，当压力超过设定值时，微型感应器6把信号传递给检测器4，检测器4把检测到的信号传入控制器PLC9进行处理，控制器PLC9控制伺服驱动器7报警，伺服电机8停止工作，这样操作工就可以发现问题，及时处理。
