本实用新型属于无纺布,尤其是涉及一种再生料无纺布。 
背景技术
无纺布是由定向的或随机的纤维构成,具有透气、保温、质轻、不助燃、过滤性好等诸多优点,是新一代的环保材料,目前已得到广泛的应用。无纺布按生产方式主要分为水刺无纺布、热合无纺布、湿法无纺布、纺粘无纺布、熔喷无纺布、针刺无纺布等。现有的无纺布虽然种类繁多,但是均存在强度差的缺陷,尤其是超声波焊接后牢固度不够,由此使无纺布的应用领域受到限制。同时,无纺布废料浪费严重,不环保。 
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种增加无纺布强度的再生料无纺布。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:再生料无纺布,无纺布由纺粘无纺布层、塑料丝网层、熔喷无纺布层复合而成,塑料丝网层位于纺粘无纺布层和熔喷无纺布层之间,无纺布由再生料制成。 
所述纺粘无纺布层、塑料丝网层、熔喷无纺布层采用热复合或胶粘复合。 
塑料丝网层为聚丙烯材质。 
本实用新型的有益效果:由纺粘无纺布层、塑料丝网层和熔喷无纺布层复合而成的再生料无纺布其强度大大增加,超声波焊接后的牢固度亦大为增强,拓宽了无纺布的应用领域,同时再生料有利于废品的回收利用。

如图l所示,再生料无纺布由纺粘无纺布层l、塑料丝网层3、熔喷无纺布层2采用热复合或胶粘复合而成,塑料丝网层3位于纺粘无纺布层l和熔喷无纺布层2之间,无纺布由再生料制成。由纺粘无纺布层1、塑料丝网层3和熔喷无纺布层2复合而成的再生料无纺布其强度大大增加,超声波焊接后的牢固度亦大为增强,拓宽了无纺布的应用领域,同时再生料有利于废品的回收利用。

1.再生料无纺布,无纺布由纺粘无纺布层(l)、塑料丝网层(3)、熔喷无纺布层(2)复合而成,塑料丝网层(3)位于纺粘无纺布层(1)和熔喷无纺布层(2)之间,其特征在于:无纺布由再生料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的再生料无纺布,其特征在于:所述纺粘无纺布层(1)、塑料丝网层(3)、熔喷无纺布层(2)采用热复合或胶粘复合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的再生料无纺布,其特征在于:塑料丝网层(3)为聚丙烯材质。
