目前,对冰箱等所用的胶条进行焊接时,由于胶条长且软,多使用焊接三分模等模具进行辅助焊接。而胶条入模时,多通过促使胶条的中间部位拱起,使胶条的入模端段具有一定的推进力,从而便于胶条的顺利入模。即,采用变距入模方式。这样的变距入模方式,满足了机器人操作的基本条件,但是变距后胶条的入模段易于变形或翘起,从而影响入模质量。因此有必要予以改进。

针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种焊接变距入模装置,它具有能够保证入模段的形状稳定,从而保证胶条的入模质量的特点。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:焊接变距入模装置,用于推动胶条入模,所述入模段上部设有双抓。 
所述胶条的两端的上部均设有双抓。 
采用上述结构后,本实用新型和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:能够保证入模段的形状稳定,从而保证胶条的入模质量。本实用新型的焊接变距入模装置的入模段的双抓将胶条的入模段卡在其内,从而对入模段进行了限位,进而保证了入模段形状的稳定。

实施例,见图1和图2所示:焊接变距入模装置,其用于辅助胶条10的入模段11进入焊接三分模等模具中。即,胶条10入模时,其中部拱起,从而入模段11产生有一定的向前推进力,进而便于入模段11的入模。具体的,入模段11上部设有双抓20。所谓双抓20指的是沿着胶条10的前进方向,并排设置有2个抓手,该2个抓手卡在胶条10的条身上。这样,双抓20对入模段11形成了限位,避免了入模段11的变形或翘起,保证了胶条10的入模质量。优化的,胶条10的两端的上部均设有双抓20。这样,进一步保证了胶条10的运行稳定性,提高了胶条10的入模质量。
