Abstract

一种自动分中定位器，包括一外套、齿条、滑套及定位针，定位针设置在滑套中，滑套设有齿形并连接两条齿条，滑套可转动地设在外套中，所述的两条齿条分设在外套的两侧，所述的齿条末端各设置有一定位块。所述的定位针上套设置有复位弹簧，所述复位弹簧通过一夹片固定在滑套中。本实用新型的采用中心齿轮带动两条齿条实现两端定位的结构，使两条齿条左右拉出的长度是均等的，中心齿轮的内的定位针就是分中的中心点，具有使用方便、快速的优点。

本实用新型属于机床加工领域中的辅助定位工具，具体涉及的是一种自动分中定位器。
背景技术：
目前模具行业中，加工模板吊环孔需要找准模具的中心位置，其主要是用游标卡尺划线标识，计算之后找到模板的中心点进行加工，效率比较低，且容易出错。该找准方法效果较差。
发明内容：
针对现有技术存在的缺陷，本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以克服上述缺陷的，可快速自动分中的定位器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种自动分中定位器，关键在于所述自动分中定位器包括一外套、齿条、滑套及定位针，所述的定位针设置在滑套中，所述的滑套设有齿形并连接两条齿条，滑套可转动地设在外套中，所述的两条齿条分设在外套的两侧，所述的齿条末端各设置有一定位块。
所述的定位针上套设置有复位弹簧，所述复位弹簧通过一夹片固定在滑套中。
所述的定位块的下端为刀状锐利部。
所述的齿条的末端设置有连接孔，定位块通过连接孔连接到齿条的末端。
所述的连接孔的旁边设置有一水平定位部及一垂直定位部。
本实用新型的采用中心齿轮带动两条齿条实现两端定位的结构，使两条齿条左右拉出的长度是均等的，中心齿轮的内的定位针就是分中的中心点，具有使用方便、快速的优点。

具体实施方式：
如图1至图3所示，一种自动分中定位器，所述自动分中定位器包括一外套7、齿条8、滑套4及定位针1，所述的定位针1设置在滑套4中，所述的外套7设有齿形9，外套7内连接有两条齿条8，滑套4可转动地设在外套7中，所述的两条齿条8分设在外套的两侧，所述的齿条末端各设置有一定位块6。定位块6可以准确的确定需要分中距离两端的端点，实现定位准确。所述的齿条8上的齿形和外套7上设有齿形9互相配合。
所述的定位针1上套设置有复位弹簧3，所述复位弹簧通过一夹片2固定在滑套4中。复位弹簧3用于使定位针1在下压打定位孔之后自动提升抬高。防制针头撞坏或者划伤到手。
所述的定位块6的下端为刀状锐利部。
所述的齿条的末端设置有连接孔5，定位块通过连接孔5连接到齿条的末端。
所述的连接孔的旁边设置有一水平定位部及一垂直定位部。(图中未示出)。通过水平定位部及一垂直定位部可以对定位块6的下端的刀状锐利部进行垂直定位或者水平定位，保证分中的效果。
本实用新型的自动分中定位器通过定位角铁放置在模板的对角，通过两条的齿轮带动，会自动找到模板的分中点，通过样冲针，用铜锤敲打，即可在板件对应位置打上定位点。

1.一种自动分中定位器，其特征在于所述自动分中定位器包括一外套(7)、齿条(8)、滑套(4)及定位针(1)，所述的定位针(1)设置在滑套(4)中，所述的外套(7)设有齿形(9)，外套(7)内连接有两条齿条(8)，滑套(4)可转动地设在外套(7)中，所述的两条齿条(8)分设在外套的两侧，所述的齿条末端各设置有一定位块(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动分中定位器，其特征在于所述的定位针(1)上套设置有复位弹簧(3)，所述复位弹簧通过一夹片(2)固定在滑套(4)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动分中定位器，其特征在于所述的定位块(6)的下端为刀状锐利部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动分中定位器，其特征在于所述的齿条的末端设置有连接孔(5)，定位块通过连接孔(5)连接到齿条的末端。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自动分中定位器，其特征在于所述的连接孔的旁边设置有一水平定位部及一垂直定位部。
