本实用新型公开了一种用于涂层钢管生产中的涂塑井吸粉装置，其包括延伸至涂塑井中的吸粉管、与吸粉管的另一端连接的设于地面上的旋风分离器以及罗茨风机；罗茨风机通过负压管接旋风分离器的出口，在旋风分离器的接料口下方设置有装粉箱。采用本实用新型可明显降低劳动强度、提高生产效率，并且利用负压能将涂塑井内的粉末完全吸出，利用其他颜色的粉末涂料时不会出现混掺现象，可保证产品质量；本实用新型采用电动控制，且密封严密，使现场更加干净。

本实用新型涉及一种涂层钢管生产线中的专用设备，尤其是一种用于涂层钢管生产中的涂塑井吸粉装置。 
背景技术
涂层钢管生产中由于需要制作不同颜色的涂层钢管，导致涂塑井经常更换不同颜色粉末涂料。目前涂塑井更换粉末需要人工掏井，而每个涂塑井至少装一吨多粉末涂料，且涂塑井深八米，人工要将粉末从井内全部掏净，工作量较大。这种掏井方式效率低、环境差、劳动量大。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种省时省力、并且可保证吸粉质量的用于涂塑钢管生产中的涂塑井吸粉装置。 
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种用于涂层钢管生产中的涂塑井吸粉装置，其关键技术在于：其包括延伸至涂塑井中的吸粉管、与吸粉管的另一端连接的设于地面上的旋风分离器以及罗茨风机；所述罗茨风机通过负压管接旋风分离器的出口，在所述旋风分离器的接料口下方设置有装粉箱。 
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于：采用本实用新型可明显降低劳动强度、提高生产效率，并且利用负压能将涂塑井内的粉末完全吸出，利用其他颜色的粉末涂料时不会出现混掺现象，可保证产品质量；本实用新型采用电动控制，且密封严密，使现场更加干净。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。 
参见附图1，本实用新型包括吸粉管2、旋风分离器3、罗茨风机5、负压管4以及装粉箱6，将旋风分离器3、罗茨风机5以及装粉箱6设于车间地平面上，所述吸粉管2的一端伸至涂塑井1内，另一端接旋风分离器的进料口，所述负压管4一端接罗茨风机5，另一端接旋风分离器3的出口，所述装粉箱6设置于旋风分离器3的接料口下部。其中旋风分离器3和罗茨风机5均可采用现有市售的产品，能满足使用要求即可。 
采用本装置后可明显降低劳动强度，提高生产效率，能更好的促进涂层钢管生产线的流水化作业。

1.一种用于涂层钢管生产中的涂塑井吸粉装置，其特征在于：其包括延伸至涂塑井（1）中的吸粉管（2）、与吸粉管（2）的另一端连通的设于地面上的旋风分离器（3）以及罗茨风机（5）；所述罗茨风机（5）通过负压管（4）接旋风分离器（3）的出口，在所述旋风分离器（3）的接料口下方设置有装粉箱（6）。
