本实用新型的有益效果是能够伸进母体子宫内住胎儿的脖颈，旋转本实用新型，然后向一边折几下，能将脖子的骨干离断，而外面的皮仍然连着，从而娩出胎体和胎头，完全不伤害母体软产道，操作简单、安全，手术时间短，适合妇产科推广使用。
