背景技术
在光伏行业中,太阳能电池板连接用户之间,需要采用光伏接线盒,光伏接线盒内二极管能在光伏电池出现热斑效应时起旁路保护作用,由于接线盒有可能放置在室外,为了防止接线盒内元器件的水腐蚀,接线盒应该具有防水功能,现有的接线盒体与接线盒盖之间采用密封圈实现接线盒的防水功能,由于接线盒盖通常采用塑料加工而成,接线盒内元器件的发热会使接线盒盖软化变形,降低了接线盒的防水性能,造成接线盒内元器件的水腐蚀,减少了接线盒的使用寿命。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种改进的光伏接线盒盖,有效地防止了接线盒盖软化变形,提高了接线盒的防水性能,避免了接线盒内元器件的水腐蚀,延长了接线盒的使用寿命。
其技术方案是这样的,一种改进的光伏接线盒盖,其包括接线盒盖体,其特征在于:所述接线盒盖体周边内侧设置有贯穿的加强筋。
其进一步特征在于:所述接线盒盖体里侧周边设置有密封圈放置槽,所述加强筋靠近所述密封圈放置槽位于所述密封圈放置槽内侧;所述接线盒盖体周边内侧分别为两条加强筋。
本实用新型的上述结构中,由于接线盒盖体周边内侧设置有贯穿的加强筋,增强了接线盒盖体周边的抗变形强度,有效地防止了接线盒内元器件的发热产生的接线盒盖软化变形,提高了接线盒的防水性能,避免了接线盒内元器件的水腐蚀,延长了接线盒的使用寿命。

见图1,一种改进的光伏接线盒盖,其包括接线盒盖1,接线盒盖体1里侧周边设置有密封圈放置槽2,接线盒盖体1里侧周边靠近密封圈放置槽内侧分别设置有两条加强筋3-1、3-2、3-3、3-4、3-5、3-6、3-7、、3-8。
本实用新型中,由于接线盒盖体周边内侧设置有贯穿的加强筋,有效地防止了接线盒盖软化变形,提高了接线盒的防水性能,避免了接线盒内元器件的水腐蚀,延长了接线盒的使用寿命。
本实施例中,长方形盖体的四周周边内侧分别设置了两根加强筋,当然盖体也可以采用其他形状,加强筋也可以设置一根或者多根,只要是接线盒盖体周边内侧设置有贯穿的加强筋,有效地防止了接线盒盖软化变形,都是本实用新型的保护范围。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的光伏接线盒盖,其特征在于:所述接线盒盖体里侧周边设置有密封圈放置槽,所述加强筋靠近所述密封圈放置槽位于所述密封圈放置槽内侧。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的一种改进的光伏接线盒盖,其特征在于:所述接线盒盖体周边内侧分别为两条加强筋。
