背景技术
随着射频识别技术的发展和移动通信终端的日益普及，在手机中嵌入智能SD卡，即带移动支付功能的micro SD card，使人们能够利用手机中的智能卡处理购物消费、小额支付和考勤等日常事务，已经成为移动通信业界的一个新的研究和发展方向。目前，智能SD卡安装在手机内，其由智能芯片(实现射频通信功能的电路)和现有普通SD卡合为一体成为智能SD卡。
由于各个厂家对智能SD卡的设计不规范，没有形成统一标准，导致设计出来的智能SD卡smart chip和memory单一，生产工艺难度大；特别是因为flash和智能芯片因供货周期、价格高低、加工工艺导致不能批量生产而影响供货。
实用新型内容
本实用新型需解决的问题是提供一种工作可靠、智能化控制、兼容性强的智能SD卡。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型设计出一种智能SD卡，它包括电源管理芯片LD0，所述的电源管理芯片LD0与智能SD卡的主控MCU和智能芯片联接。
所述的电源管理芯片LD0的输入端VIN与电容C2和卡接口的FVDD33端连接，电源管理芯片LD0的3脚CE端与主控MCU的LD0-EN端连接，电源管理芯片LD0的输出端VOUT与电从C3和智能芯片的SVDD33端连接。
本实用智能SD卡可以实现多种flash和智能芯片组合成的智能SD卡，实现灵活组合生产；通过这样的标准化设计，优化产品的可制作性。

如图1、2所示，一种智能SD卡，它包括有基板和载板，所述的基板上设有主控MCU、FLASH和载板内部接口，所述的载板上设有载板外部接口，基板1通过载板内部接口与载板上的载板外部接口连接。
智能SD卡在现有的面积下很难扩展memory存储容量，采用flash堆叠设计来满足大容量智能SD卡。
本实用新型智能SD卡采用多种智能芯片和多种flash兼容设计，满足智能SD卡的多种组合设计。
本实用新型智能SD卡采用标准化接口，通过载板实现和智能芯片通信功能，基板内部接口分别定义为ISO7816（VCC、RST、CLK、IO、GND)、SWP(SWP)、ANT(ANTA、ANTB)天线接口，基板和载板相连，组合成带移动支付的智能SD卡。载板接口分别定义为ISO7816（VCC、RST、CLK、IO、GND)、SWP(SWP)、ANT(ANTA、ANTB)天线接口，载板和基板相连，组合成带移动支付的智能SD卡。
本实用新型智能SD卡中ISO7816接口和智能卡连接通过智能SD卡SD协议间接实现远程支付功能；swp接口和NFC手机连接实现现场支付功能；ANT接口和专用手机连接实现现场支付功能。
