本实用新型涉及通信及数据存储卡,具体是指一种智能SD卡内部芯片供电电源设计。 
背景技术
随着射频识别技术的发展和移动通信终端的日益普及,在手机中嵌入智能SD卡,即带移动支付功能的micro SD card,使人们能够利用手机中的智能卡处理购物消费、小额支付和考勤等日常事务,已经成为移动通信业界的一个新的研究和发展方向。目前,智能SD卡安装在手机内,其由智能芯片(实现射频通信功能的电路)和现有普通SD卡合为一体成为智能SD卡。 
由于智能芯片是用来实现移动支付的芯片,在工作中必须保证供电电压的稳定,过去的智能SD卡设计都是把电源串在一起,在支付过程中由于电源电压波动导致交易失败。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型需解决的问题是提供一种工作可靠、智能化控制、能耗少的智能SD卡电源。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型设计出一种智能SD卡电源,它包括电源管理芯片LD0,所述的电源管理芯片LD0与智能SD卡的主控MCU和智能芯片连接。 
所述的电源管理芯片LD0的输入端VIN与电容C2和卡接口的FVDD33端连接,电源管理芯片LD0的3脚CE端与主控MCU的LD0-EN端连接,电源管理芯片LD0的输出端VOUT与电容C3和智能芯片的SVDD33端连接。 
本实用智能SD卡电源采用电源管理芯片LDO单独给智能芯片供电,保证了智能芯片工作电压的稳定,从而保证整个智能SD卡在移动支付数据交互的准确信。电源管理芯片LDO使能管脚端LD0-EN通过主控MCU来控制,有限的提高了手机待机时间。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面将结合具体实施例及附图对本实用新型的结构原理作进一步的详细描述。 
如图1所示,一种智能SD卡电源,它包括电源管理芯片LD0,所述的电源管理芯片LD0与智能SD卡的主控MCU和智能芯片连接。 
如图2所示,所述的电源管理芯片LD0的输入端VIN与电容C2和卡接口的FVDD33端连接,电源管理芯片LD0的3脚CE端与主控MCU的LD0-EN端连接,电源管理芯片LD0的输出端VOUT与电容C3和智能芯片的SVDD33端连接。 
手机给SD卡供电范围3.3~3.6V,通过电源管理芯片LDO稳压到3.3V给智能芯片smart chip供电。保证智能芯片smart chip工作电压稳定,通过主控MCU控制电源管理芯片LDO使能管脚,实现智能电源控制。 
当智能SD卡工作在存储模式下,主控MCU控制电源管理芯片LDO使能管脚LD0-EN,关断电源管理芯片LDO输出电源,从而关断smart chip电源,smart chip不工作,节约手机电池供电;当智能SD卡工作在移动支付模式下,主控MCU控制使能管脚,开启LDO输出电源,smart chip正常工作,进行数据交互,交互完毕。主控MCU关断LDO使能。

1.一种智能SD卡电源,其特征在于:包括电源管理芯片LD0,所述的电源管理芯片LD0与智能SD卡的主控MCU和智能芯片连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能SD卡电源,其特征在于:所述的电源管理芯片LD0的输入端VIN与电容C2和卡接口的FVDD33端连接,电源管理芯片LD0的3脚CE端与主控MCU的LD0-EN端连接,电源管理芯片LD0的输出端VOUT与电容C3和智能芯片的SVDD33端连接。
