本实用新型涉及一种蓄冷冰盒,其包括HDPE盒体,HDPE盒体的表面均匀设置有多个相互平行的凸块,凸块的截面为三角形,凸块与HDPE盒体一体成型。HDPE盒体的表面还均匀形成有多个相互平行的凹槽,每一凹槽位于两凸块之间。本实用新型采用HDPE材料制作成盒体,使盒体具有高导热系数,而且盒体表面具有凸块和凹槽,从而使蓄冷冰盒具有有效传热面积大,放冷速度快,预冷时间较短,效率较高的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种用于存储、释放冷量的蓄冷盒。 
背景技术
蓄冷盒一般是在密封的盒状体内注入高分子蓄能材料,用于冷藏时,提前将蓄冷盒放入冰箱内冷冻,蓄能材料吸收、存储冷量,放置在保温箱后,蓄能材料吸热、释放冷量,使保温箱内保持低温。但现有蓄冷盒存在着有效传热面积小,放冷速度慢,预冷时间较长,效率较低的不足。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种蓄冷冰盒,其能克服现有的蓄冷盒有效传热面积小,放冷速度慢,预冷时间较长,效率较低的缺陷。 
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下: 
一种蓄冷冰盒,其包括HDPE盒体,HDPE盒体的表面均匀设置有多个相互平行的凸块,凸块的截面为三角形,凸块与HDPE盒体一体成型。
作为优选的结构,凸块的顶角为圆角。 
作为优选的结构,HDPE盒体的表面均匀形成有多个相互平行的凹槽,每一凹槽位于两凸块之间。所述凹槽的截面为弧形。 
高密度聚乙烯(High Density Polyethylene,简称为“HDPE”),是一种结晶度高、非极性的热塑性树脂。 
本实用新型具有如下有益效果: 
采用HDPE材料制作成盒体,使盒体具有高导热系数,而且盒体表面具有凸块和凹槽,从而使蓄冷冰盒具有有效传热面积大,放冷速度快,预冷时间较短,效率较高的优点。

下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本实用新型做进一步描述,以便于更清楚的理解本实用新型所要求保护的技术思想。 
如图1和图2所示,一种蓄冷冰盒,其包括HDPE盒体1,HDPE盒体1的表面均匀设置有多个相互平行的凸块11,凸块11的截面为三角形,凸块11与HDPE盒体1一体成型。凸块11的顶角为圆角。HDPE盒体1的表面还均匀形成有多个相互平行的凹槽12,每一凹槽12位于两凸块11之间。所述凹槽12的截面为弧形。灌注口100设置在HDPE盒体1没有凸块及凹槽的侧面上。 
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及变形,而所有的这些改变以及变形都应该属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。

1.一种蓄冷冰盒,其特征在于,包括HDPE盒体,HDPE盒体的表面均匀设置有多个相互平行的凸块,凸块的截面为三角形,凸块与HDPE盒体一体成型。
2.如权利要求1所述的蓄冷冰盒,其特征在于,凸块的顶角为圆角。
3.如权利要求1所述的蓄冷冰盒,其特征在于,HDPE盒体的表面均匀形成有多个相互平行的凹槽,每一凹槽位于两凸块之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的蓄冷冰盒,其特征在于,所述凹槽的截面为弧形。
