本实用新型涉及一种太阳能电解装置。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的各种电解水装置,电源是直接从电网上接线,经过一系列的变压后进行水电解。这类电解水需要消耗大量的电力资源,在无电的地方不能使用,并还会附带产生环境的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是为了提供一种结构简单,操作简便,节能环保的太阳能电解水装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:   一种太阳能电解装置,它包括太阳能光伏板,将太阳能转变为电能,产生的电能输送到整流滤波电路产生直流电,直流电输送到升压电路,升压后直流电输送到电解槽,用于电解水。
上述的电解槽并联设有充电电池,充电电池用于储存电解多余电能。
上述的升压电路为34063升压模块。
本实用新型取得了以下的技术效果:
1. 本实用新型结构简单,操作简便,利用太阳能实现水电解,收集氢气和氧气,节约了电能,同时起到环保的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种太阳能电解装置,它包括太阳能光伏板1,将太阳能转变为电能,产生的电能输送到整流滤波电路2产生直流电,直流电输送到升压电路3,升压后直流电输送到电解槽5,用于电解水。所述的电解槽并联设有充电电池4,充电电池用于储存电解多余电能。所述的升压电路为34063升压模块。
阳能光伏板可以选5W。整流滤波电路为二极管连接的整流桥与电容并联而成,升压电路为稳压芯片34063及其外围电路组成。整流滤波电路中的二极管采用1N4148。电解池由塑料外壳、石墨电极和离子交换树脂组成。
参照图1太阳光照在太阳能光伏板1上,将太阳光转变为电能,1输出电能输送到整流滤波电路2,产生直流电流,输出到升压电路3,经过升压后,产生稳定的带负载能力强的直流电压,适合于进行充电和电解。在电能充足时,直流电压边向充电电池4充电,边向电解槽5送电电解。在电能不充足时,直流电压和充电电池4,同时向电解槽5送电电解。电解槽5电解产生氢气和氧气。

1.一种太阳能电解装置,其特征在于:它包括太阳能光伏板(1),将太阳能转变为电能,产生的电能输送到整流滤波电路(2)产生直流电,直流电输送到升压电路(3),升压后直流电输送到电解槽(5),用于电解水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电解装置,其特征在于:所述的电解槽并联设有充电电池(4),充电电池用于储存电解多余电能。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能电解装置,其特征在于:所述的升压电路为34063升压模块。
