本实用新型涉及一种淀粉酶自动补料装置,将pH自动控制仪与发酵罐和补料计数执行器相连接,再把补料气动控制阀与发酵罐相连接,最后把补料计数执行器和恒压补料储罐连接与补料气动控制阀之上,设置好pH自动控制仪的pH值,设置好补料计数执行器的数值及恒压补料储罐的压力值。用本实用新型的技术方案,其连接简单,安装容易,成本低,效果好,大大提高了产品的质量。

本实用新型涉及一种淀粉酶制备装置,特别涉及一种淀粉酶自动补料装置。
背景技术
淀粉酶在食品加工过程中的使用是非常普遍的,其中最常用的是α-淀粉酶,α-淀粉酶又称为淀粉液化酶,在淀粉被水解成短链糊精这一重要的生物工艺过程中主要是起到快速液化淀粉的作用,在许多食品加工领域诸如双酶法制糖工业、味精工业、酿酒工业、调味品等得到了非常广泛的应用。目前,市场上所用的淀粉酶制备装置,其补料是通过人工补料。而淀粉酶是一种细菌类发酵,在发酵过程中,必须要通过补料来控制PH值,而补料的PH值6.6的条件下,酶液的总的酶活力能达到35678个单位,有利于菌丝的生长繁殖,而稳定PH值能够在中温淀粉酶制备过程中达到稳定高产的目的。人工控制则是一次性补入、将PH值降低,但是这种做法会使得发酵过程中PH值波动范围增大,这样的方法不利于稳定产高产,不仅仅增加了生产的成本,也降低了产品的质量,给企业带来了很大的损失。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决淀粉酶的制备过程中补料不恒定,PH值不易控制等问题,提供一种新的淀粉酶补料装置,其结构简单,制作安装容易,效果好,能够有效解决现有技术存在的问题。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现的:
一种淀粉酶自动补料装置,该装置包括发酵罐,该装置还包括:
(1)PH自动控制仪,所述的PH自动控制仪与发酵罐相连接,测量发酵罐内的PH值;
(2)补料计数执行器,所述的补料计算执行器与PH自动控制仪连接,根据PH值决定对发酵罐的补料与否以及补料的量;
(3)补料气动控制阀,所述的补料气动控制阀与补料计数执行器连接,根据补料控制器的信号控制发酵罐的补料与否以及阀门打开的时间;
(4)恒压补料储罐,所述的恒压补料储罐与补料气动控制阀相连接,存储淀粉酶并保持储料罐的气压恒定。
上述的一种淀粉酶自动补料装置,其特征在于,所述的PH自动控制仪的PH值设定的范围值为6-7。
上述的一种淀粉酶自动补料装置,其所述的补料计数执行器的补料数值为500克/分钟至2000克/分钟。
上述的一种淀粉酶自动补料装置,其述的恒压补料储罐的压力为0.1kpa至0.3kpa。
本实用新型优点在于:
1、结构简单,安装容易。
2、发酵PH值波动范围缩小,有利于菌丝的生长繁殖,增加发酵活力,有利于提高产品质量。
3、减少单位产品能耗,减轻劳动强度。

具体实现方式
现结合附图1,对本实用新型的具体实施方式等技术内容进行详细的描述:
用PH自动控制仪1与发酵罐3相连接,同时把PH自动控制仪1与补料计数执行器4相连接,再把发酵罐3与补料气动控制阀2相连接,最后把补料计数执行器4与恒压补料储罐5连接于补料气动控制阀2之上。把PH自动控制仪1的PH范围设定为6.6至6.8,将恒压储料罐中5压力设置为0.2kpa,将补料计数执行器4的数值设置为1000克/分钟,当PH值运行至设定的底值6.6时,将信号传递给补料计数执行器4,打开补料气动控制阀2,将恒压储料罐5中的料液定量的补入发酵罐3,当PH值运行至设定的高值6.8时,断开补料计数执行器4的信号,补料停止。

1.一种淀粉酶自动补料装置,该装置包括发酵罐,其特征在于该装置还包括:
(1)PH自动控制仪,所述的PH自动控制仪与发酵罐相连接,测量发酵罐内的PH值;
(2)补料计数执行器,所述的补料计算执行器与PH自动控制仪连接,根据PH值决定对发酵罐的补料与否以及补料的量;
(3)补料气动控制阀,所述的补料气动控制阀与补料计数执行器连接,根据补料控制器的信号控制发酵罐的补料与否以及阀门打开的时间;
(4)恒压补料储罐,所述的恒压补料储罐与补料气动控制阀相连接,存储淀粉酶并保持储料罐的气压恒定。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种淀粉酶自动补料装置,其特征在于,所述的PH自动控制仪的PH值设定的范围值为6-7。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种淀粉酶自动补料装置,其特征在于,所述的补料计数执行器的补料数值为500克/分钟至2000克/分钟。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种淀粉酶自动补料装置,其特征在于,所述的恒压补料储罐的压力为0.1kpa至0.3kpa。
