本实用新型涉及物流输送机械技术领域，具体地说是一种皮带输送机的皮带张紧装置。一种皮带输送机的皮带张紧装置，包括螺杆、链轮、链条，其特征在于：在张紧滚筒两端螺杆的一端分别连接设有链轮，上下两侧的链轮之间通过链条连接。同现有技术相比，两根螺杆通过链轮链条连接在一起。张紧时，只需要旋转一侧的螺杆，在链轮链条的带动下另一侧的螺杆同步旋转，螺杆旋转带动滑块和滚筒前后移动从而实现皮带张紧，结构简单，省时省力。

背景技术
短距离皮带输送机的皮带张紧大多采用螺杆张紧，张紧滚筒两端分别通过滑块固定在两个螺杆上，分别旋转两端螺杆带动滚筒移动来实现张紧的目的，这样调节张紧时不同步，容易造成皮带跑偏，调整起来费时费力。
发明内容
本实用新型为克服现有技术的不足，在张紧滚筒两端的螺杆之间通过链轮链条连接，使其张紧时能够同步，结构简单，省时省力。
为实现上述目的，设计一种皮带输送机的皮带张紧装置，包括螺杆、链轮、链条，其特征在于：在张紧滚筒两端螺杆的一端分别连接设有链轮，上下两侧的链轮之间通过链条连接。
本实用新型同现有技术相比，两根螺杆通过链轮链条连接在一起。张紧时，只需要旋转一侧的螺杆，在链轮链条的带动下另一侧的螺杆同步旋转，螺杆旋转带动滑块和滚筒前后移动从而实现皮带张紧，结构简单，省时省力。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明。
如图1所示，在张紧滚筒5两端螺杆1的一端分别连接设有链轮6，上下两侧的链轮6之间通过链条4连接。
张紧滚筒5两端分别固定在两个滑块2上，滑块2被滑块固定螺母3固定在螺杆1上，同时滑块2只能在输送机机架的滑槽沿输送方向前后移动，两根螺杆1通过链轮6、链条4连接在一起。
张紧时，只需要旋转一侧的螺杆，在链轮6、链条4的带动下另一侧的螺杆同步旋转，螺杆1旋转带动滑块2和张紧滚筒5前后移动从而实现皮带张紧。

1.一种皮带输送机的皮带张紧装置，包括螺杆、链轮、链条，其特征在于：在张紧滚筒（5）两端螺杆（1）的一端分别连接设有链轮（6），上下两侧的链轮（6）之间通过链条（4）连接。
