技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种防水卷材,具体地说是一种具备较高阻隔性、高耐候性的聚高阻隔性氯乙烯防水卷材。
背景技术
传统的聚氯乙烯防水卷材随着卷材在屋顶铺设时间的延长,在太阳光线以及复杂的气候条件的作用下,卷材加工时加入的增塑剂会逐渐的迁移出来,造成卷材本体粉化,使卷材拉伸强度、延伸率、低温以及耐老化性能严重下降,从而造成屋面防水存在严重漏水隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种强度高、延伸率高、低温性能良好、卷材柔软,适用于多种环境的高阻隔性聚氯乙烯防水卷材。
 [0004]  实现上述目的采用以下技术方案:一种高阻隔性聚氯乙烯防水卷材,包括聚氯乙烯层,所述的聚氯乙烯层上表面设置有阻隔膜层、聚氯乙烯层下表面设置有无纺布层,三层结构依次排布复合为一体。
作为优选方案,所述的聚氯乙烯层为均质聚氯乙烯。
作为优选方案,所述的无纺布层为丙纶针刺无纺布。
作为优选方案,所述的阻隔膜层是含有EVOH层的七层共挤膜或者多层共挤膜。
与传统的PVC防水卷材相比,本实用新型在聚氯乙烯卷材上表面复合一种具有高阻隔性能的薄膜,能隔离聚乙烯层与介质的直接接触,有效的阻止聚氯乙烯卷材中的增塑剂迁移,延长卷材的使用寿命。在利用聚氯乙烯卷材高强度、高延伸率、施工方便特点的同时,延长了卷材的使用寿命,而且该卷材柔软,适用于多种环境。其显著的效果还在于,无纺布层为丙纶针刺无纺布,能够提高卷材与基面的粘结性,可以提高卷材与基面的粘结性,避免卷材施工时对卷材的破坏,防止卷材受损。高阻隔性能的薄膜,是含有EVOH层的七层共挤膜或者多层共挤膜,可以有效的阻止聚氯乙烯卷材中的增塑剂迁移出卷材表面,延长卷材的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步的描述。
本实施例是一种高阻隔性聚氯乙烯防水卷材,其结构见图1,是由阻隔膜层1,聚氯乙烯卷材层2,无纺布层3组成。聚氯乙烯层上表面设置有阻隔膜层、聚氯乙烯层下表面设置有无纺布层,三层结构自上而下依次排布复合为一体。
本实施例的聚氯乙烯卷材2为1.2mm厚均质聚氯乙烯卷材,阻隔膜层1是60um厚含有EVOH层的七共挤膜,或者采用多层共挤膜。无纺布层3为100g的丙纶针刺无纺布。
本实用新型的使用方法:
本实用新型可以采用湿铺法施工:施工时,先清理基层后,在其上面弹线;再将聚氯乙烯卷材摊开预铺定位;然后从其底部浇上水泥素浆,赶着水泥素浆用压辊压实,务必将气泡全部赶出;卷材搭接时可热风焊接。
     经试验证明,本实用新型在日照及气候的影响下卷材没有出现本体粉化的现象,其性能变化量低于国家标准,在充分利用聚氯乙烯卷材高强度、高延伸率、施工方便特点的同时,延长了卷材的使用寿命。

1.一种高阻隔性聚氯乙烯防水卷材,包括聚氯乙烯层,其特征在于,所述的聚氯乙烯层上表面设置有阻隔膜层 ,聚氯乙烯层下表面设置有无纺布层,三层结构依次排布复合为一体。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的高阻隔性聚氯乙烯防水卷材,其特征在于,所述的聚氯乙烯层是厚度为1.2mm-2.0mm的均质聚氯乙烯。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种高阻隔性聚氯乙烯防水卷材,其特征在于,所述的无纺布层是100g的丙纶针刺无纺布。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种高阻隔性聚氯乙烯防水卷材,其特征在于,所述的阻隔膜层是含有EVOH层的七层共挤膜或者多层共挤膜。
