本实用新型属于机械生产领域，尤其是指一种切纸机。
背景技术
专用于裁切PS版、CTP版的切纸机是我公司推出的专用机型。是印刷制版领域中最被认可的唯一机型。由于PS版属于金属版，故在裁切的过程中会出现刀片上存有积屑瘤的问题。积屑瘤越存越多，最后导致裁切完成后的PS版边缘会凸凹不平，严重时会导致安全螺栓的断裂。为解决这一问题，操作工每裁切完成一刀后，都要停刀进行手动研磨刀片，清除积屑瘤。这样虽然能够解决裁切精度，但是浪费人力、时间还存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种刀片积屑瘤清理装置，以解决清除积屑瘤浪费人力、时间还存在一定的安全隐患的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：压纸器上有一条凹槽，清屑条为带有毛刷的软性条带，清屑条与快换垫板粘接后，通过螺钉固定在压纸器的凹槽内，刀片与刀床固定连接，刀床与压纸器滑动连接，刀片与清屑条上的毛刷滑动连接。
本实用新型的优点在于：结构新颖，每次裁切前，刀片都通过毛刷进行两个方向的清理，减少积屑瘤的产生，保证裁切精度，降低操作者的劳动强度。

具体实施方式
压纸器3上有一条凹槽，清屑条1为带有毛刷的软性条带，清屑条1与快换垫板2粘接后，通过螺钉固定在压纸器3的凹槽内，刀片4与刀床5固定连接，刀床5与压纸器3滑动连接，刀片4与清屑条1上的毛刷滑动连接。
压纸器先压到PS版6上，刀床带动刀片下行，通过清屑条时，清屑条上的毛刷将刀片上的毛刺刷掉，刀床继续下行进行裁切。裁切完成后，刀床回行，刀片再次通过毛刷，对刀片上产品的积屑瘤进行清理。

1.一种刀片积屑瘤清理装置，其特征在于：压纸器上有一条凹槽，清屑条为带有毛刷的软性条带，清屑条与快换垫板粘接后，通过螺钉固定在压纸器的凹槽内，刀片与刀床固定连接，刀床与压纸器滑动连接，刀片与清屑条上的毛刷滑动连接。
