背景技术
射频同轴连接器(以下简称RF连接器)是装接在电缆上或安装在仪器上的一种元件,作为传输线电气连接或分离的元件,是电连接器的重要组成部分,目前已经向标准化、系列化、通用化方向发展。
射频同轴连接器靠机械结构保证电气特性,零件加工主要是车削机加工,装配手工作业多,难以进行自动化装配,属于有一定技术含量的劳动密集型产品。
随着整机系统的小型化,RF连接器的体积越来越小、频率越来越高、功能越来越多。除起桥梁作用外,兼有处理信号的功能,如滤波、调相位、混频、衰减、检波、限幅等。RF连接器要求低驻波、低损耗来足武器系统和精密测量的需要。同时要求大容量、大功率来适应信息高速公路的发展需要。
目前,射频同轴连接器的后尾材料为Hpb59-1Φ22.3圆棒,加工工序为:下料、平面、车外径、镗孔(3次)、扳牙、倒角。加工工艺复杂,成本高。且重量大为24g,材料成本也高为1.6元/件。
发明内容
为了节约成本,减少加工工序,本实用新型的目的是提供一种射频同轴连接器后尾,该后尾使用模具成型,减少了加工工序,节约了成本。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种射频同轴连接器后尾,包括本体,其特征在于:所述本体由锌合金材料制成,且本体由模具成型后通过镗孔和扳牙得到。所述本体通过两次镗孔和扳牙得到。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型由锌合金材料使用模具成型,降低加工难度,减少了5道加工工序,节约了成本。提高生产能力约40%,产品重量进一步降低26%,使产品更加轻量化,同时缩减材料成本高达81%,本实用新型重量由原来的24g减少为17.7g,材料成本由原来的1.6元/件降低为0.3元/件。
