背景技术
塑料管材在户外堆放和运输的过程中，会使管材内壁吸附大量的灰尘和杂质，所以需在管材的两端加装防尘盖，以防止灰尘和杂质进入管材中。现有的防尘盖在加装过程中，对于相同外径不同压力等级的管材，由于内径的不同需要多种型号的防尘盖来加装，安装过程中容易松脱，给安装带来了不便，还增加了安装成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种塑料管材用防尘盖，安装便捷、牢固、密封性好。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供的塑料管材用防尘盖，包括装入管材内的安装引导面和封闭在管材端口处的防尘面，所述安装引导面上设置有至少一圈弹性软胶条，该弹性软胶条与管材内壁紧密配合。
本实用新型利用弹性软胶条的弹性来适应管材内径的变化，对于相同外径不同压力等级的管材可以使用同一型号的防尘盖，不仅降低了成本，安装起来也更便捷、牢固、密封性好，方便管材的储存和运输。

参阅图1所示，本实用新型塑料管材用防尘盖，采用聚乙烯材料注塑而成，包括装入管材内的安装引导面1和封闭在管材端口处的防尘面3，所述安装引导面1上设置有至少一圈弹性软胶条2，该弹性软胶条2与管材内壁紧密配合，利用弹性软胶条2的弹性来适应管材内径的变化。在本实施例中，在安装引导面1上设置有两圈弹性软胶条2。

1.一种塑料管材用防尘盖，包括装入管材内的安装引导面和封闭在管材端口处的防尘面，其特征在于：所述安装引导面上设置有至少一圈弹性软胶条，该弹性软胶条与管材内壁紧密配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料管材用防尘盖，其特征在于：所述安装引导面上设置有两圈弹性软胶条。
