本实用新型公开一种阳极板底铣耳定位装置,该方法是阳极板被放置在铣耳定位托板上,之后将阳极板装夹固定,然后铣耳机对阳极板挂耳底面进行铣削,完成阳极板底铣耳,铣耳定位托板托住阳极板两个挂耳从挂耳端部向内0~70mm段处,铣耳机的铣刀刀刃水平面标高比铣耳定位托板水平面标高高0~3mm。铣耳定位托板是活动的。本实用新型的优点在于:采用铣耳定位托板托住阳极板两个挂耳从挂耳端部向内0~70mm段处,该段位置恰好就是需要铣耳的范围,以这个区间进行定位可以精确的确定铣耳深度在0~3mm,满足阳极板铣耳要求、降低能耗和设备成本、减少刀片损耗和金属的散失。

本实用新型属于冶金设备技术领域,特别涉及一种阳极板底铣耳定位装置。
背景技术
在阳极下槽电解之前,需要对阳极板进行压平、铣耳等加工作业,使阳极板达到规定的平面度和悬垂度,同时去除阳极板耳部的氧化皮,达到与导电棒实现线接触面,以避免电解过程中产生短路和电极接触不良,提高电效。
考虑阳极板下槽的左右偏差,通常阳极板铣耳长度<70mm,由于阳极板运输的原因,目前的铣耳方法是托住阳极板挂耳底面内侧位置(从挂耳端部70mm向内),然后夹紧,再铣耳。由于铣耳定位面不在铣耳面上,且前一工序阳极板挂耳底面内侧位置(从挂耳端部70mm向内)不在垂直矫耳的范围内,此处挂耳底面不平整,造成阳极板挂耳铣耳段高低偏差大,为达到阳极板全部铣耳,因此阳极铣耳量在3~5mm,这样单台铣耳机的装机功率大,铣削金属量多,刀片消耗多,铣耳耗能大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种阳极板底铣耳定位装置,可以在满足表面平整的条件下降低铣削深度,随之减少刀片的损耗量,降低铣削的能耗,降低设备成本,减少有价金属的散失。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种阳极板底铣耳定位装置,该装置是阳极板被放置在铣耳定位托板上,之后将阳极板装夹固定,然后铣耳机对阳极板挂耳底面进行铣削,完成阳极板底铣耳,铣耳定位托板托住阳极板两个挂耳从挂耳端部向内0~70mm段处,铣耳机的铣刀刀刃水平面标高比铣耳定位托板水平面标高高0~3mm。铣耳定位托板是活动的。

本实用新型设计的一种阳极板底铣耳定位装置的实施例,如图1所示,所述装置是阳极板被放置在铣耳定位托板装置上,之后用夹具将阳极板装夹固定,然后托板装置退回,铣耳机对阳极板耳部底面进行铣削,完成阳极板底铣耳,其特征在于,铣耳定位托板装置托住阳极板两个耳部从耳边端部向内20~50mm段处,铣耳机的铣刀刀刃水平面标高比铣耳定位托板水平面标高高2mm。
本实施例中,所说的铣耳定位托板装置是活动的。

1.一种阳极板底铣耳定位装置,其特征在于:该装置是阳极板被放置在铣耳定位托板上,之后将阳极板装夹固定,然后铣耳机对阳极板挂耳底面进行铣削,完成阳极板底铣耳,铣耳定位托板托住阳极板两个挂耳从挂耳端部向内0~70mm段处,铣耳机的铣刀刀刃水平面标高比铣耳定位托板水平面标高高0~3mm。
