背景技术
石磨属于传统的谷物加工设备，由于其具有低温研磨特点，在对米、麦、豆等谷物进行磨粉或磨浆时，可尽量避免破坏营养物质，保留谷物制品的营养价值，进而为人们所借鉴，并开发出多种应用于豆浆、米糊、面粉等食品加工领域的手动或电动石磨产品。目前的石磨产品与传统石磨相比，虽具有诸多改善，但由于其采用传统的石料磨扇作为研磨机构，研磨效率较低，加工出的糊子较为粗糙，食用时有牙碜感；磨扇的磨齿容易磨损，为保证研磨效果，需要经常性的进行修复，在使用上存在一定的不便。

本实用新型具有以下有益效果：由于其工作时采用砂轮磨扇进行研磨，研磨效率高，使用寿命长，磨齿无需经常性的进行修复，制的面粉、糊子更加细腻，食用时无牙碜感，上述的砂轮磨可采用电动或手动方式驱动，对多种谷物进行加工，具有广泛的应用价值。

具体实施方式
参看附图1、2所示，上磨扇5和下磨扇6采用砂轮磨扇，即由磨料和结合剂混合经压坯、干燥、焙烧而制成；上磨扇5上设有轴固定孔1、磨眼3、磨齿2及磨膛4，轴固定孔1可用于安装驱动轴或限位轴，磨眼3用于投料，可根据砂轮磨的规格大小设置1-2个，磨膛4由上磨扇5向内凹陷形成，磨齿2呈阵列分布于磨膛4外围；下磨扇6中心设有轴过孔7，可使驱动轴或限位轴穿过，下磨扇6在与上磨扇5对应位置设有磨齿2；下磨扇6圆心处也可设置轴承座，用于放置轴承；其可采用手工驱动，也可配备相应的电机设备，制作成电动砂轮磨。
