本实用新型涉及卫浴领域,尤其涉及到一种干身机快速加热装置。 
背景技术
传统干身机采用的空气加热装置主要有以下两种方式:第一种是:旁热式,其利用石英发热管、陶瓷发热管或PTC发热无件等作为加热元件,安全系数较高、经久耐用,但热转换效率低、加热升温时间偏长。第二种是:直热式,其是在陶瓷或云母等绝缘基座上,直接缠绕加热丝,热转换效率高、加热升温快,但安全系数偏低,加热变形后的电热丝容易造成电热丝与电热丝间或电热丝与外壳体间的粘连,影响正常使用,故障率较高。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种结构简单,安全系数高,热转换效率高,加热速度快,实用的干身机快速加热装置。 
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的: 
一种干身机快速加热装置,其特征在于:包括陶瓷基座1和加热丝2,所述的陶瓷基座1上设有若干个圆孔11;所述的加热丝2从圆孔11的一端穿过,再从另一端绕回来,如此来回穿过陶瓷基座1上 的所有圆孔11;加热丝2的两端用导线3与加热控制单元相连接。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于:安全系数高,热转换效率高,加热速度快。

现结合附图,详述本实用新型具体实施方式: 
如图1、图2所示,一种干身机快速加热装置,包括陶瓷基座1和加热丝2,所述的陶瓷基座1上设有若干个圆孔11;加热丝2从圆孔11的一端穿过,再从另一端绕回来,如此来回穿过陶瓷基座1上的所有圆孔11;加热丝2的两端用导线3与加热控制单元相连接。 
本实用新型工作时,高速气体从蜂窝状陶瓷基座1的圆孔11内流过,直接把加热丝2表面的热量带走,最大限度的提升了热转换效率,达到瞬间加热气体的目的,同时由于加热丝2是被固定在圆孔11内的,加热丝2被加热变形后不会和其它电热丝或壳体造成粘连,安全系数相当高。

1.一种干身机快速加热装置,其特征在于:包括陶瓷基座(1)和加热丝(2),所述的陶瓷基座(1)上设有若干个圆孔(11);所述的加热丝(2)从圆孔(11)的一端穿过,再从另一端绕回来,如此来回穿过陶瓷基座(1)上的所有圆孔(11);加热丝(2)的两端用导线(3)与加热控制单元相连接。
