原来启动控制方式为在启动前要先去按一下退相按钮，然后再去启动高压柜上的启动按钮，停止时要先按退相按钮再去按停止按钮。这样操作不仅会给工作带来诸多不便，而且频繁的靠近高压柜会引发安全事故。
