背景技术
目前，交流励磁发电机的电站设备简化，负荷控制十分简单在解决电站持续工频过电压、变速恒频发电、抽水蓄能电站电动-发电机组的调速等问题方面有着传统同步发电机无法比拟的优越性。但是，一般的双馈发电机的部分装置将收集箱通过接线软管与集电环罩相连，当滑环与碳刷摩擦时，所产生的碳粉由发电机自带的风扇吹入碳粉收集箱，此时收集箱需要设计满足本机运行状况的过滤功能，否则会导致碳粉抛散到周围环境中，会对环境造成污染。因此，结合以上分析，需要对现有技术进行合理的改进。
实用新型内容
针对以上缺陷，本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有多层过滤结构、可降低成本、能够防止环境污染的粉尘多级过滤收集箱，以解决现有装置过滤效果较差的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种粉尘多级过滤收集箱，包括收集箱，所述收集箱上方通过伸缩软管与集电环罩连接，此收集箱下方通过伸缩软管与排尘管固定架固定连接，所述收集箱内腔上下两侧分别设置一过滤板，位于收集箱内腔中心位置处设置两个过滤板并且这两个过滤板之间夹有发泡海绵层。
本实用新型所述的粉尘多级过滤收集箱的有益效果为：当滑环与碳刷摩擦时，所产生的碳粉由发电机自带的风扇吹入碳粉收集箱，依次通过多层过滤板，可将碳粉收集在碳粉收集箱中，有效防止碳粉的四散。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的粉尘多级过滤收集箱，包括收集箱1，所述收集箱1上方通过伸缩软管2与集电环罩7连接，此收集箱1下方通过伸缩软管2与排尘管固定架6固定连接，每个伸缩软管2底部均通过喉箍3固定卡接；本实用新型的主要改进点在于收集箱1内的过滤结构层次，所述收集箱1内腔上下两侧分别设置一过滤板4以在腔体内形成简易的双层过滤结构，同时，位于收集箱1内腔中心位置处再设置两个过滤板4并且这两个过滤板4之间夹有发泡海绵层5以提高过滤效果；当滑环与碳刷摩擦时，产生的碳粉由发电机自带的风扇吹入碳粉收集箱1，通过两层过滤结构将碳粉收集在碳粉收集箱1内。

1.一种粉尘多级过滤收集箱，包括收集箱(1)，所述收集箱(1)上方通过伸缩软管(2)与集电环罩(7)连接，此收集箱(1)下方通过伸缩软管(2)与排尘管固定架(6)固定连接，其特征在于：所述收集箱(1)内腔上下两侧分别设置一过滤板(4)，位于收集箱(1)内腔中心位置处设置两个过滤板(4)并且这两个过滤板(4)之间夹有发泡海绵层(5)。
