一种扁平形引入光缆,包括置于光缆中心的光纤及横截面呈长方形的护套层,在护套层内长轴方向对称设置两根加强件,在护套层的长轴方向的两个表面对称设置两个V型凹槽。本实用新型由于在护套层的长轴方向的两个表面对称设置两个V型凹槽,V型凹槽的底部虽然离光缆的加强件的距离较近,但与光纤之间还有加强件隔开,即使凹槽底部受损伤也不会使光纤暴露在空气中,从而不会导致光纤损坏,凹槽中即使附着虫卵及累积水分也不容易损伤光纤。另外,因凹槽底部靠近加强件,在敷设光缆需要剥开护套层时也较为容易,更加有利于光缆的开剥工作,方便光缆的敷设施工。

本实用新型涉及一种通信光缆,尤其是引入光缆。
背景技术
现有光纤到户网络的引入光缆一般为蝶形光缆,其横截面呈长方的蝶形,光纤置于中心,在横截面的长轴方向的护套层内对称设置两根加强件,在横截面的短轴方向的护套层的表面对称设置两个V型凹槽。这种光缆由于V型凹槽的底部离光缆中的光纤的距离较近,凹槽底部受损伤就很容易使光纤暴露在空气中,导致光纤损坏。另外,凹槽中会附着虫卵及累积水分也容易损伤光纤。
发明内容
为了解决现有蝶形引入光缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种扁平形引入光缆,能够克服在使用中光纤容易受损伤的问题。
本实用新型提供的一种扁平形引入光缆,包括置于光缆中心的光纤及横截面呈长方形的护套层,在护套层内长轴方向对称设置两根加强件,在护套层的长轴方向的两个表面对称设置两个V型凹槽。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在护套层的长轴方向的两个表面对称设置两个V型凹槽,V型凹槽的底部虽然离光缆的加强件的距离较近,但与光纤之间还有加强件隔开,即使凹槽底部受损伤也不会使光纤暴露在空气中,从而不会导致光纤损坏,凹槽中即使附着虫卵及累积水分也不容易损伤光纤。另外,因凹槽底部靠近加强件,在敷设光缆需要剥开护套层时也较为容易,更加有利于光缆的开剥工作,方便光缆的敷设施工。

参照图1,在光纤2两侧对称设置两根加强件1,在光纤2和两根加强件1外包覆呈长方形的护套层3,使两根加强件1处在护套层3的长轴方向,在护套层3的长轴方向的两个表面对称设置两个V型凹槽4,即制成本实用新型。
