Abstract

本实用新型公开一种电机轴的电压测试装置,其包括在电机轴一侧设有钢丝架,钢丝架中设有细钢丝刷,细钢丝刷与电机轴的转动表面接触,细钢丝刷两侧通过导线与测压表串联,测压表一端的导线接地。本实用新型在电机轴本体两端设置了钢丝架,钢丝架中的细钢丝刷与电机轴转动表面接触,从而可利用与细钢丝刷串联的电压表对电机轴两端产生的电压进行检测。当电机轴上的电压过大时,对电机内部的部件进行调整,降低电机轴两端的电压后再将电机出厂,以避免电机轴运转过程中产生的电流对轴承及滚珠造成电腐蚀,提高电机的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电机轴结构,尤其涉及电机轴的电压测试装置。 
背景技术
电机运转过程中,由于定子铁芯组合缝、定子硅钢片接缝,定子与转子空气间隙不均匀,电机轴中心与磁场中心不一致等,电机的电机轴不可避免地要在一个不完全对称的磁场中旋转。这样,在电机轴两端就会产生一个交流电压,当电机轴两端同时接地就可能产生轴电流,从而对轴承及轴承中的滚珠造成电腐蚀,影响轴承及滚珠的使用寿命。目前,电机的电机轴在运转过程中,无法对电机轴的两端的电压进行检测。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可对电机轴两端的电压进行检测的电机轴的电压测试装置。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型一种电机轴的电压测试装置,其包括在电机轴一侧设有钢丝架,钢丝架中设有细钢丝刷,细钢丝刷与电机轴的转动表面接触,细钢丝刷两侧通过导线与测压表串联,测压表一端的导线接地。 
本实用新型在电机轴本体两端设置了钢丝架,钢丝架中的细钢丝刷与电机轴转动表面接触,从而可利用与细钢丝刷串联的电压表对电机轴两端产生的电压进行检测。当电机轴上的电压过大时,对电机内部的部件进行调整,降低电机轴两端的电压后再将电机出厂,以避免电机轴运转过程中产生的电流对轴承及滚珠造成电腐蚀,提高电机的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1或图2所示,本实用新型一种电机轴的电压测试装置,其包括在电机轴1一侧设有钢丝架2,钢丝架2中设有细钢丝刷3,细钢丝刷3与电机轴1的转动表面接触,细钢丝刷3两侧通过导线与测压表4串联,测压表4一端的导线5接地。 
    采用以上的装置,在电机轴1一侧设置了钢丝架2,钢丝架2中的细钢丝刷3与电机轴1转动表面接触,从而可利用与细钢丝刷3串联的电压表4对电机轴1两端产生的电压进行检测。当电机轴1上的电压过大时,对电机内部的部件进行调整,降低电机轴1两端的电压后再将电机出厂,以避免电机轴运转过程中产生的电流对轴承及滚珠造成电腐蚀,提高电机的使用寿命。

1.一种电机轴的电压测试装置,其特征在于:其包括在电机轴一侧设有钢丝架,钢丝架中设有细钢丝刷,细钢丝刷与电机轴的转动表面接触,细钢丝刷两侧通过导线与测压表串联,测压表一端的导线接地。
