铝制板翅式换热器的应用范围的增加,其相应的介质流通物的要求也越来越多,原先是采用四根方管通过焊接,组成一个散热器。由于四种不同的流通介质进入而必须将四个方管捆绑焊接,工作量大,工序烦。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种整体的散热方管器。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种散热方管器,其特征在于:包括方管本体1,所述方管本体呈长方体,方管本体1内部设多个空心通道2。
本实用新型的第一优选方案在于,所述的空心通道2截面呈长方形。
本实用新型的第二优选方案在于,所述的空心通道2为4个。
本实用新型的技术优势在于:重新设计,将多个个通道捆绑设计,通过挤压一次成型,即保证方管的密封性,又保证介质流通无渗漏。
