如图1所示，选择弹性织带类物作为束带1，其两端固接在一片外表面为密布着多个凹洼的平面状的顶板2的两端，顶板的内表面则呈弧面以加大与手的接触面积；使用时通过顶板部分来向前施力，由于此设计的顶针在缝纫操作中的前顶施力是通过平面状的顶板上的凹洼与针鼻端部位的接触进行的，相对于原圆弧面来说不易打滑，安全稳妥性更好，束带与手的连接也更舒服。
