如图1所示,在由内含发光管小电阻等部件的手柄2和状如螺丝刀杆的测试触头3组成的试电笔的顶端装置连接有一具伸缩性能的绳圈1,绳圈宜选择较耐用的织物弹性带类材料加工,可以通过试电笔顶端的手触电极螺丝连接,也可以采用在手柄上打孔穿连的方式连接,如此加工的试电笔在使用时首先将弹性绳圈缠套到手指或手脖子上再进行操作,弹性绳圈的弹性伸缩性能可有效地保证试电笔操作中的活动空间,在不使用时又能回缩到较小,很方便操作使用。
