背景技术
医药用易折安瓿瓶刻痕深浅程度直接关系到易折安瓿瓶折断力的大小,由于安瓿瓶制造机在制造颈部的过程中,因玻璃管外径大小差异,而且玻璃管在制造转动中,依靠摩擦力自转,不免打滑等因素造成颈部形状、外径规格不齐,以及刻痕刀片在使用过程中的逐渐磨损造成所刻痕痕迹深浅不一,掰折时力矩就不一,深者一碰即断,浅者根本掰不断,为此一直困扰着制瓶单位和医务工作者。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种通过对砝码相应调节来制衡失重,从而得到适合的统一掰折力矩的安瓿瓶制造机失衡式刻痕机构。
为达到上述目的本实用新型所提供的技术方案是:它包括自重力、回转凸轮、臂、恒压臂、杠杆、砝码,自重力、回转凸轮、臂安装在恒压臂的下端,恒压臂的上端依次安装有杠杆和一个砝码。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型通过动态平衡的原理,可实现两端受压相同,因此应用过程中具有刻痕痕迹深浅相同,掰折力矩相同等优点。

具体实施方式
图1、图2所示的安瓿瓶制造机失衡式刻痕机构,采用原自重力1做偏重质量外,由回转凸轮2做摆动功,通过臂3受压点,经恒压臂8为基点,杠杆4、砝码5控制自重力1来平衡。砝码5质量大于自重力1(大于平衡)电机刀片6与臂3受压点不能靠近重合(不起刻痕作用),减少砝码5重量(失去平衡),电机刀片6跟中间的安瓿瓶7颈部重合(起到刻痕作用)。臂3受压点与电机刀片6同臂长、力矩相等。尽管瓶颈形状差异、刀片磨损如何,它在璃管壁上作用力度是一样的。以砝码5加上刀片在安瓿瓶7上的刻痕时的摩擦阻力为要素,去求刻痕深度。通过对砝码5相应调节来制衡失重,从而得到适合的统一掰折力矩。

1.一种安瓿瓶制造机失衡式刻痕机构,其特征是它包括自重力(1)、回转凸轮(2)、臂(3)、恒压臂(8)、杠杆(4)、砝码(5),自重力(1)、回转凸轮(2)、臂(3)安装在恒压臂(8)的下端,恒压臂(8)的上端依次安装有杠杆(4)和一个砝码(5)。
