本实用新型提供了一种混凝土结构的太阳能海水或苦咸水淡化池,是由进水管、排水管、玻璃板、聚苯乙烯泡沫保温层、混凝土池壁、挡水板、接水槽、出水管组成的;是利用太阳能将混凝土池壁内侧黑色塑料板内的海水或苦咸水晒热产生水蒸汽,经顶部的斜面玻璃板时凝结成结晶淡水,不产生电能源的消耗,具有节能、低碳、环保、实用的效果,特别适合沿海居民、岛屿、内陆咸水地区的家庭使用。

背景技术
中国海水淡化虽基本具备了产业化发展条件,但由于其设计多为设备成本高、技术含量复杂的大型工程,因受资金、技术等条件限制,以及海水和苦咸水淡化的技术、成本、耗能、投资等诸多因素,一直得到很广泛的普及;再者因其现有的海水淡化设备投资较大,也不适合沿海居民、岛屿、内陆咸水地区的家庭使用,给人们的生活带来诸多的不便。

本实用新型一种混凝土结构的太阳能海水或苦咸水淡化池,其目的可以解决上述技术之不足,提供低成本、无能耗的,可自行制造的海水和苦咸水淡化设施,实现家庭海水和苦咸水淡化之目的。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案为:一种混凝土结构的太阳能海水或苦咸水淡化池包括由进水管、排水管、玻璃板、聚苯乙烯泡沫保温层、混凝土池壁、挡水板、接水槽、出水管组成;混凝土池壁中间设置聚苯乙烯泡沫保温层,混凝土池壁内侧铺设黑色无毒塑料板,底部设置排水管、上部设置进水管,混凝土池壁两端呈15度斜面,混凝土池壁顶端设置玻璃板,玻璃板下部设置挡水板,挡水板下部设置接水槽,出水管设置在接水槽底部。
本实用新型的有益效果:利用太阳能将混凝土池壁内侧黑色塑料板内的海水或苦咸水晒热产生水蒸汽,经顶部的斜面玻璃板时凝结成结晶淡水,不产生电能源的消耗,具有节能、低碳、环保、实用的效果,特别适合沿海居民、岛屿、内陆咸水地区的家庭使用。

由附图所示,一种混凝土结构的太阳能海水或苦咸水淡化池包括由进水管、排水管、玻璃板、聚苯乙烯泡沫保温层、混凝土池壁、挡水板、接水槽、出水管组成;混凝土池壁中间设置聚苯乙烯泡沫保温层,混凝土池壁内侧铺设黑色无毒塑料板,底部设置排水管、上部设置进水管,混凝土池壁两端呈15度斜面,混凝土池壁顶端设置玻璃板,玻璃板下部设置挡水板,挡水板下部设置接水槽,出水管设置在接水槽底部。
运行时,通过进水管向池内加入海水或苦咸水,在太阳光的照射下,池内的黑色无毒塑料板充分吸热,将海水或苦咸水加热升温产生水蒸气,水蒸气被顶部的玻璃板冷凝成结晶淡水,顺着玻璃杯的斜面流到下部,被挡水板遮挡导流进接水槽内,由出水管流出;池内的海水或苦咸水浓度过高时,可由排水管排出重新加水。
