本实用新型涉及净水器技术领域,具体涉及一种太阳能净水器。
背景技术
目前可供人类直接饮用的水资源比较少,而且随着人类的生产和生活这部分淡水资源不断的减少,并且由于人民的生产和生活又导致一部分的淡水资源被污染。地球表面大部分为海水,不能使用,大量的地下盐水、咸水也不能使用。全球淡水资源短缺,不仅影响经济发展,而且人民生活水准下降,身体健康受到危害。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种经济、简单、环保、节能、应用范围广的净水方法。
本实用新型的目的是提供一个可以漂浮在水面上,减少水的开采运输的太阳能净水器。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种太阳能净水器,包括集水槽,集水槽上设有锥形容器壁,容器壁外壁设有吸热材料层,容器壁内壁设有导流槽,导流槽与集水槽相接触。
所述集水槽上设有导流管,导流管与储水容器相连通。
本实用新型中,容器壁是一种单向的吸热材料做成,单向的吸热材料为吸热金属陶瓷喷涂材、集热镀膜等吸热材料,单向吸收太阳光而不散热,使容器所包围的底部水不断的被蒸发上升到容器的内壁上,而且内壁是PVDF树脂材料制成,使蒸发的水迅速冷凝沿着侧壁凹槽顺溜到底部的集水槽中汇总,通过出水管转移到陆地上的储水装置中。底部的集水槽的主要功能是保持容器的浮在水面上,底部集水槽的上表面是用低温隔热涂料隔热,可保持集水槽中的水不被再次蒸发冷凝。出水管主要作用是转移容器内聚集的淡水,而且通过出水管连接外部的储水装置,保持容器的稳定性和安全型。
本实用新型利用太阳能作为能量来源,净水装置是完全漂浮在所净化水的水面上,靠吸热材质,利用太阳光照射,使净水器下面的水蒸发,在容器壁表面冷凝成水,沿着容器壁的内嵌凹槽流到下边的集水槽中,并沿着出水管流到外部的储水容器中。本实用新型的大小可根据需要制作,也可多个容器连接组成一个区域净水容器。净水器是漂浮在水面上,采用的是吸热轻质材料,省掉水的运输问题。
本实用新型操作简单,适用于海水水面,咸水湖泊水面,水库,人工湖泊、蓄水池等,比较适合干旱地区,咸水,污水的回收利用,更适合在咸水湖,海水面或是人工水库,储水池等上使用,解决缺水问题。
