Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种抗菌包装膜,其由外向内依次包括印刷层、粘合层、内封层,所述内封层包括纤维素薄膜层和涂覆在纤维素薄膜层上的抗菌层。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的内封层为纤维素薄膜层涂覆上抗菌层构成的复合膜,其抗菌效果好;另外,纤维素是环境友好型材料,资源丰富,且能生物降解,与聚烯烃材料相比具有更高的尺寸稳定性、良好加工性、无毒无害。

本实用新型涉及复合膜技术领域,具体涉及一种可包装食品的抗菌包装膜。
背景技术
食品包装能相对地隔离外部环境,提高食品安全、延长食品货架期、降低成本、方便消费,因此,食品包装是食品加工业的重要环节。抗菌包装技术是在包装材料中添加抗菌剂,使抗菌成分通过接触包装材料表面附着的微生物,并通过掏其生长、繁殖或直接杀灭的作用,从而延长食品货架期的一种活性包装。但现有的抗菌包装材料是多层塑料聚合物,在最内的聚烯烃层上添加抗菌剂,其抗菌效果不理想,而且,其废弃物会对自然生态造成巨大的破坏。因此,必须对现有的抗菌包装材料进行改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种抗菌包装膜,其具有较强的抗菌效果,且该抗菌包装膜采用天然可再生资源,减少对自然生态环境的破坏。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
抗菌包装膜,其由外向内依次包括印刷层、粘合层、内封层,所述内封层包括纤维素薄膜层和涂覆在纤维素薄膜层上的抗菌层。
所述抗菌层为有机抗菌剂层。
所述有机抗菌层为海藻酸钠层。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
1、         内封层为纤维素薄膜层涂覆上抗菌层构成的复合膜,其抗菌效果好;
2、         纤维素是环境友好型材料,资源丰富,且能生物降解,与聚烯烃材料相比具有更高的尺寸稳定性、良好加工性、无毒无害。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例子对本实用新型的抗菌包装膜作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型的抗菌包装膜为层状结构,可以采用现有普通的流延膜生产工艺制成,由外至内依次包括印刷层1、粘合层2、内封层3,所述内封层3包括纤维素薄膜层31和涂覆在纤维素薄膜层上的抗菌层32。优选地,所述抗菌层32为有机抗菌剂层。选用有机抗菌剂与纤维素薄膜层的结合,能够达到较佳的抗菌效果。更优选地,所述有机抗菌剂层为海藻酸钠层。

3.如权利要求2所述的抗菌包装膜,其特征在于:所述有机抗菌层为海藻酸钠层。
