本发明公开一种防虫抗菌聚乙烯密实袋,含有以下重量份的组分:高密度聚乙烯30-50重量份、线性低密度聚乙烯10-20重量份、银离子抗菌剂0.01-1重量份、溴灭菊酯0.02-0.09重量份、碳酸钙30-40重量份。本发明密实袋坚韧耐用、可多次重复使用,卫生无毒环保,防潮防尘防霉,适用于各种零配件、仪器、食品包装、电器元件等的包装。本发明添加银离子抗菌剂和防虫剂溴灭菊酯,使得本发明密实袋具有防虫和抗菌的性能,不用担心细菌和虫子对密实袋里面物质的损害,更贴近人们的生活。

本发明涉及一种塑料袋,具体是一种防虫抗菌聚乙烯密实袋。
背景技术
密实袋,又称自封袋,以聚乙烯和高压线型聚乙烯通过吹膜成型,热切机制袋,制成的一种可以重复封口的塑料袋。
现有技术的塑料薄膜制作的塑料袋具有轻、薄、不透水、强度大、成本低,是一种很好的包装材料,塑料袋的使用给人们的生活带来极大的方便。随着塑料袋应用范围的扩大,对其性能提出了进一步的要求,比如用来包装衣服的密实袋要具有防虫抗菌的性能,由于现有技术的密实袋中未添加具有抗菌防虫的组分,因而,不具有防虫抗菌的效果。
溴灭菊酯,化学名称:(R,S)-2-氰基-3-(4-溴苯氧基)苄基-(R,S)-2-(4-氯苯基)异戊酸酯。原料外观为暗琥珀色粘稠液体,比重1.367,不溶于水,易溶于芳香烃类溶剂,对光、热氧化等稳定性高,在酸条件下稳定,碱性介质中易分解,制剂外观为红棕色透明液体,pH6-7。

高密度聚乙烯                         30-50重量份
线性低密度聚乙烯                     10-20重量份
银离子抗菌剂                         0.01-1重量份
溴灭菊酯                             0.02-0.09重量份
碳酸钙                               30-40重量份。

高密度聚乙烯                         40重量份
线性低密度聚乙烯                     15重量份
银离子抗菌剂                         0.6重量份
溴灭菊酯                             0.05重量份
碳酸钙                               35重量份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明密实袋坚韧耐用、可多次重复使用,卫生无毒环保,防潮防尘防霉,适用于各种零配件、仪器、食品包装、电器元件等的包装。本发明添加银离子抗菌剂和防虫剂溴灭菊酯,使得本发明密实袋具有防虫和抗菌的性能,不用担心细菌和虫子对密实袋里面物质的损害,更贴近人们的生活。

线性低密度聚乙烯                     15重量份
银离子抗菌剂                         0.6重量份
溴灭菊酯                             0.05重量份
碳酸钙                               35重量份。
本发明的制备方法与现有技术密实袋的制备方法相同。
