背景技术
由于成品革的表面存在很多的微孔，在使用过程中，灰尘、油污落在表面，会进入微孔，清洁时微孔中的脏污不易清洁干净，浅色皮有脏污时会形成较强反差，更显得脏污。而目前汽车坐垫革，由于制造工艺或者其他条件的限制，往往使得皮革表面不够平滑光亮，使得其耐污性不够完善，同时清洗比较麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决上述现有技术存在的缺陷和不足，提供了一种具有一定物性且表面平滑光亮、耐污性好、清洗方便的耐污汽车坐垫革。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种耐污汽车坐垫革，包括皮胚层，其特征在于：所述皮胚层上涂覆有底浆层，所述底浆层上设有着色层，所述着色层上辊涂有顶浆层，所述顶浆层上喷涂有耐污层，所述底浆层与着色层之间设有压花层，所述底浆层与着色层通过压花层固定。    
优选地，所述耐污层为含氟聚合物层。
本实用新型采用新型工艺在顶浆层上喷涂耐污层，使得其表面平滑光亮、耐污性好、清洗方便。

如图1所示，一种耐污汽车坐垫革，包括皮胚层1，皮胚层1上涂覆有底浆层2，底浆层2上设有着色层4，着色层4上辊涂有顶浆层5，顶浆层5上喷涂有耐污层6，底浆层2与着色层4之间设有压花层3，底浆层2与着色层4通过压花层3固定。耐污层6为含氟聚合物层。
本实用新型在顶涂过程中配以多种纳米级极性稳定的耐污新材料，喷涂在皮革表层，使皮革表面形成类似细密保护膜的耐污层，并再次固定皮革的电荷特性，使皮革不仅能抵御污物的渗透进入，即不纳污，更对污物产生排斥作用，让污染物无法溶入表层内；同时耐污层的光滑平整，使其清洁擦洗比较方便。
本实用新型采用新型工艺在顶浆层上喷涂耐污层，使得其表面平滑光亮、耐污性好、清洗方便且具有一定物性。
