本实用新型公开了一种方便翻转的耐材型模装置，它包括有一个底板，在底板上用螺栓连接有固定压板，在底板的两端分别向上安装有一个对应的立梆，在两个立梆上端连接有一块连接板，在两个立梆中部分别向外侧固定安装有转轴，各转轴上分别安装有一个大小相同的滑轮，在各立梆的前后面上分别设有挡板固定螺钉。使用时分别用吊绳挂在两个滑轮上将底板和型模吊起，即可方便翻转180°的操作。不但结构简单，而且翻转省力、快速，可有效的提高了生产效率和产品重量、保证安全。

本实用新型涉及作业器具，特别是一种适用于耐材成型加工生产时使用的方便翻转的耐材型模装置。
背景技术：
目前在耐材成型生产过程中，型模都是放在一块底板上进行振动成型，在耐材成型后，需要翻转过来才能将里面的芯子取出来。现有的方法是将底板放好后，由几个人用撬杠将半成品型材带型模一起撬起来，撬起后再由几个人慢慢地将半成品型材翻转装到底板上，再把型模卸掉，取出中间的产品。存在的缺点是，不但来回翻转时费力费工、而且影响产品质量和生产效率，还存在不安全因素。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，翻转方便，能有效提高生产质量和效率，保证安全的耐材型模装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式完成的：它包括有一个底板，在底板上用螺栓连接有固定压板，其特征在于：在底板的两端分别向上安装有一个对应的立梆，在两个立梆上端连接有一块连接板，在两个立梆中部分别向外侧固定安装有转轴，各转轴上分别安装有一个大小相同的滑轮，在各立梆的前后面上分别设有挡板固定螺钉。使用时分别用吊绳挂在两个滑轮上将底板和型模吊起，即可方便翻转180°的操作。不但结构简单，而且翻转省力、快速，可有效的提高了生产效率和产品重量、保证安全。

具体实施方式：
结合附图详细描述实施例，本实用新型是在一个可放入耐材型模3的底板1两端，分别向上对称安装有一块立梆4，在两个立梆上端连接固定有一块连接板8，在两个立梆中部分别向外侧固定安装有一转轴6，各转轴上分别安装有一个大小相同的滑轮5，在各立梆的前后面上分别设有装卸挡板的固定螺钉7。使用时，只要用架子和吊绳将两个绳滑轮吊起，即可方便快速地把底板及其上面的型模翻转180度进行生产作业。
